Or rather, lack of lands, I guess. A phrase that turns up a lot in my casual group for some reason.. I'm not sure about anywhere else, but oh well. It gave me this idea.
Territorial Warfare 3UR
Enchantment (R)
Creatures without landwalk cannot attack.
Creatures without landwalk cannot block.
Creatures with landwalk are not unblockable.
Creatures with landwalk can only attack if the defending player controls a land with the printed land type.
Creatures with landwalk may block if their control controls a land with the printed land type.
If a creature with landwalk's controller controls no lands of the printed type, sacrifice that creature
So, what do you think? Could be worded much better, I think. Might need to cost more. Opinions?
Wouldn't it in effect get haste. My knowledge of phasing is limited, but I know that something that phases doesn't "come into play" so it isn't affected by summoning sickness.
Exponential Dragon 5RRR
Creature - Dragon (R)
Flying
Devour X (As this comes into play, you may sacrifce any number of creatures. This creature comes into play with X times that many +1/+1 counters on it, where X is the number of creatures sacrificed this way.)

So is this too powerful for what I have. Is there anyway of balancing this?
Casual is a vicious format. Mostly because you could be up against anything and possibly everything. I have seen some amazingly casual and at the same time amazingly mean decks. I played up against a deck that was based around premium cards. Casual with close friends is even worse, because then you get into proxies.
And I don't think you can really complain about certain cards or decks in casual. It's not as if your paying money to play, or you'll get a prize if you win. And depending on the groups, it's self regulating. If one person always plays a deck that no one likes, no one plays against them, and they get a new deck.
It's subtle enough without being too subtle, and isn't as limiting in it's targets.
Textless Nicol Bolas.
Do want.

The picture is Sarkhan Vol.
I think Alara has a UR card in it.
Spore Burst is a name on the card lists.
No spore counters for Tukatongue
Would be nice. Only thing I can think of.
I love the idea. Phasing is awesome.

Anyway, about me. I'm a casual player. I enjoy deck building. Thats about it. The Rumor Mill dragged me in. So yeah...
Hey.
