    Is Loss of Life considered Non-Combat Damage? for example, If I sign in blood my opponent, is that loss of life considered non-combat damage? I know damage causes loss of life, but does it work the other way 'round? thanks.

    Clarification: I want to know if I were to sign in blood (or otherwise cause LOL, not direct damage [as stated by the card]) my opponent, would it cause Chandra's Spitfire to activate her pump.

    Did you actually read the whole thread? I agreed with the people who opposed my original thought more than the people that agreed with me. I even edited my first post in an effort to be more informative.


    No. You are wrong, as I already agreed with you in more than 1 post. I already have came to the conclussion I won't bring it with me anymore because it isn't worth the trouble.

    I actually thought it was faster for me to write "OP" than your name because i was on my Ipod Touch and because I wrote OP and not your name Third Person was actually the way to go for that - but draw whatever conclusions you want.

    That last statement is a perfect indicator that my analysis is spot on. First off, I only commented once like a day and a half ago. second, to state MY OPINION is wrong when you asked for it is down right argumentative.

    Your original post is about so much more than just playing your music. You don't like the people who play. Why? do they hate you? do they offend you? are they not your type of people?

    You mention their smell as a basis for defending yourself. While you HAVE agreed (like it matters to me :/) to not bring your stereo you still have this chip on your shoulder for whatever reason. That is the issue that needs to be addressed. EDIT: and not that I care at all, because I really don't. that is something for you to work on, to better yourself.

    It feels like the op has some sense of superiority over people he claims stink to hell, but rationalizing annoyance is what the op is doing to justify being annoyning. It's also hipocritical.

    As I read the thread, the op would be trying to defend his actions against descentors and praise those who agreed with him. Op, are you really looking for our opinion or do you just want to justify your actions.

    My opinion is, if you just want to justify yourself, then you don't really care about what others think, thereby not caring about others to not play music in the first place and you're guilty of being a jerk. It seems you have systemic problem with social norms and that needs to be reworked.

    But you aren't warping, you are stopping. Time warp allows you to completely deny your opponent a turn. With this they atleast get to untap.

    Also look at the cost and what you have to do to play it. You have to save 5 mana and wait for their turn. It doesn't create a delayed trigger so it's useless on your turn, unlike time stop, but it can protect you, at a price.

    Wrong. Since the only emblem in existence up until now was a noncumulative effect (more indestructible than indestructible is not possible) you wouldn't notice a benefit from the second emblem, but it does its mojo nevertheless.

    well, you can't say the emblem stacks either. It seems there is a legal void in the rules that would cover the stacking of emblems.

    The "upkeep" clause would cause multiple enchantments to stack, obviously, but let's assume for a second that the intent behind emblems isn't to do what enchantments can. Otherwise they would be enchantments. It seems that the nature of emblems would be that they replace each other in multiples.

    This would result in just one effect at upkeep and not two or more.

    Such as, one emblem gives creatures +2/+2. 2 would still give just +2/+2. however if one gave +3/+3, the total effect would be +5/+5.

    Think outside the box. Sry bout being wrong 'bout the planeswalkers. But being wrong once does not automatically mean I am wrong twice. Lose the attitude next time.

    Yea, clunky. I think you can ignore the Planeswalker wording, its implied that if you cant attack a player, you cannot attack the walker.

    Pyro is a great sweeper if you played nothing but 1/1s & 2/2s. If it isn't played in your local meta it will be sideboard tech if this artifact thing takes hold. It nukes the board, takes mox opal offline (most likely) and nerfs any chance you have of winning. This strategy turns ANY sweep into a 4+ for 1.

    Edit: in order for this to work in godhandland, you have to have a mana leak/hard counter and mana up to protect your investments.

    Not sure if he is worth protecting or not... hes a zero 1/1. hes technically ramp(or there to get metalcraft online) as far as most people are concerned. therefore he is target and any attempt to protect it is meaningless.

    Any creature/artifact with metalcraft is basically vanilla if you destroy their artifacts or wrath the board.
