Urborg doesn't actually take away any of a land's other abilities. All it does is give each land an additional subtype, Swamp. The Bridge's characteristics would look like this:
Mosswort Bridge
Land - Swamp T: Add G to your mana pool.
[Final ability on Bridge goes here]
So because there's a Naked Singularity on the board, the Bridge can tap for either white or green mana.
This doesn't seem right. Naked singularity replaces all mana the land would produce with another type, it doesn't matter what ability you're activating.
Yes. State based actions are checked even before the triggered ability of Cathar's Crusade goes on the stack, so the Soldier will be dead before it can get the buff.
1.No, paying the surge cost is an alternate cost, just like playing it for no mana. You can't choose both and if you are cascading your options are cast it normally or not cast it at all.
2. No, the copies have the same number of targets as the original, one in this case..
Player 1 is both right and wrong
he is right that killing the Willbinder with its abilitys on the stack wont stop the ability from happening (*insert handgrenade example*)
but he is wrong about player2 not beeing able to respond. why, you ask? cause all that is happening in the upkeep and not the untap step
2/1/2014: If an inspired ability triggers during your untap step, the ability will be put on the stack at the beginning of your upkeep. If the ability creates one or more token creatures, those creatures won’t be able to attack that turn (unless they gain haste).
and thus player2 has every right to respond to the triggers
This is almost correct. Player 1 is correct that he will continue to controll Omnath. Since Willbender's ability has a duration of as long as Willbender is around, when the ability goes to resolve it will do nothing.
Yes, they become all types. They still can't tap for the mana, but nothing prevents your lands from gaining land types that don't produce mana of your general's color identity.
114.6a If an effect allows a player to "change the target(s)" of a spell or ability, each target can be changed only to another legal target. If a target can't be changed to another legal target, the original target is unchanged, even if the original target is itself illegal by then. If all the targets aren't changed to other legal targets, none of them are changed.
Spellskite is not a legal target for Might of Old Krosa because of the resolved Vines of Vastwood.
Note that you CAN activate Spellskite's ability targeting Might, but it won't do anything. The Might of Old Krosa will resolve targeting Inkmoth Nexus.
This is incorrect. Vines does not give a creature hexproof, it prevents whoever cast it's opponents from target the spellskite, which would be Lestart. Lestart did not cast the vines or the might, he can redirect the might to his spellskite.
Nighthowler has a static ability that constantly sets it's power and toughness (or the bonus it gives to a bestowed creature) to the number of creatures in all graveyards. If that number changes then it's power and toughness change.
No. You don't sacrifice to the legend rule, it happens as a state based action as soon as two legends with the same name are on the field, and will happen before the exploit trigger goes on the stack.
Yes, it's a triggered ability that uses the stack and can be responded to normally. Until it resolves the targeted opponent can still respond as normal.
Yes, the damage will go through on the second hit. As the creature has trample and there is no creature in the second damage step it deals it's damage directly to the player.
On the other hand with lifelink if there is no creature in the second damage step the creature will not deal damage to anything and you will gain no life.
