Hey guys, now that INN is completely spoiled - how do you think it will effect modern? are there any new potential combos with new cards? any powerful new strategies or cards that will improve/help current strategies?
i would say be careful on the chinese eventide booster box on ebay from that seller. i was about to buy multiple boxes and read some feedback and apparantly the boxes are not sealed, rather just loose packs inside a box. They could have tampered with them just as a caution for you all. I returned mine after I bought them because I didn't want to take any chances with this
Hi all, I am looking for a spoiler or list of cards that was in the Italian Renaissance (Rinascimento) set. I found very limited info on it on the wiki and am asking the community for help.
Hey guys, looking for tips, strategies, or certain tactics to help us in this matchup as it looks pretty grim. With their discard suite and counterspells and creature removal it's pretty difficult for us to win this matchup as it appears everything they have is really good against us.
Is anyone doing anything different that would like to share?
you never want to have more forests than you need to, any more than 2 is pretty much a waste of triggers you could have had - this makes ricochet trap a lot better on the turn you cast titan, oh yeah and the swerving part is good too
i just have a quick question about the format - are both m11 and m12 going to be legal simultaneously for a short time until the next set comes out or am i wrong?
thanks so much string. to go a little more in detail - I am running gerryt's winning list from the scg invitational with the only changes being 2 gaeas revenge instead of two koth in the sb. basically I'm having tough choices figuring out what exactly to take out after the obvious choices are made. eg. vsing any control deck the pyros come out but past that Im pretty uncertain
the meta is the mtgo meta which seems to be pretty mirror heavy along with a mix of decks
gopro, i played you in round 3 in the jund mirror - misplayed pretty bad in g3 :(. still went 3-1 though beating 2x ww and jund. here's to many more! and yeah that ascension deck looked pretty absurd
the manabase is actually one of my fav parts of the list try it out its actually pretty smooth! here are some general strategies for sbing-
Mirror - +1 Puppeteer clique +3 Obstinate baloth +2 Anathemancer +2Thoughtseize -4 Maelstrom pulse -4 Blightning/Lightning Bolt (depending on list) but jund lists are very diverse so dont be afraid to tweak depending on what u see.
Fae - +4 Fallout +3 Stag +1 Thoughtseize -4 Finks -4 Blightning i believe targeted discard is stronger vs them than blightning.
5/4cc - +2 Thoughtseize +2 Anathemancer -4 Bolt pretty basic i sometimes board in stag depending on the list btw
RDW - +3 Obstinate baloth +4 Fallout -4 pulse -3 blightning now this ones wierd because there are two main types of rdw the one ive listed is the elemental build(ball lightning, hellspark, hells thunder) but there is also the r/g revenge deck with that u wanna leave in the pulses instead of fallout as most of there threats are 3+ toughness.
elves - +4 Fallout +2 Thoughtseize -4 blightning -2 finks is what ive been doin and its been fine i like seize to nab an early archdruid or primal command but ive been switching between boarding out finks and gang for them.
and thats about it for the most part goodnight and goodluck sir
i actually tried your 75 out in a ext daily event on mtgo last night going 3-1 losing to a more removal heavy mirror. i may replace the demigods with 4 copies of bit blast to help the mirror matchup a bit more.
Thanks!
