Few new alters. Finished up the Bloodbraid from the last post and added a Nighthawk. I tried to make the scene a little more interesting, but there's nothing there...I have a Terramorphic Expanse and a Terminate, but no pics yet.
First, a re-shoot to my Deathmark. A little better, but it may be the camera.
Second, my buddy is comming home from the marines soon, so I'm pimping out his Jund deck. I have two Bloodbraids that he painted, a blightning he painted, and then two I've done along with a Sprouting Thrinax. Got several foils too, including all foil lands, several WPN promos, and a yet to be painted xbox Garruk and a alternate art Bloodbraid...
Here's hoping.
Edit: Sick Tutor! What is it going to get, a Valukut, maybe?
Edit 2: Here's a rough draft of the Bloodbraid, but I don't know how to make it look better...
So I'vw looked back and can't find anything on it, what do you recomend acryllic paint or makers?
Though it's really up to your personal preferences, I like acrylic alters a lot more. It gives the artist more options in my opinion. I have seen quite a few great marker alters though.
About the sealant problems: Is it necessary to always seal? I haven't sealed any of mine, but no wear has shown yet.
Quite a few from me, a beginner. Anyone have any ideas on how to match the texture of the cards (as my paint when dry is matte) better?
Either way, everything looks great. On the forest above though, I might would've left the cardname. It seems a little too busy to me and my eyes aren't drawn to anything in particular.
Download the newest masterbase from http://www.slightlymagic.net/ and follow the instructions on the site to install your new masterbase. I believe, if you're starting a fresh copy of MWS, you'll need a game pack, available at the first link too.
The pics, on the other hand, are a bit more problematic, at least for me. The most useful set of pics (for ZEN) were talked about in the MWS patch thread, here. The picture base seems good save that "Grazing Gladeheart" in the pics folder needs to be renamed "Grazing Gladehart".
If you have any problems with install, the guys here have made a step by step installation guide, or you can feel free to PM me.
They should really put her in the actual storyline, other than looking less generic the "replacements" are already building up anyway. ;D
While I didn't really understand the second part, I'm sure WotC already has some kind of "Planeswalkers' Story Theater 3000" lined up for all of their characters...>>...They wouldn't be very thought after if not. I mean, take the Neo-walkers so far, all of them have had (at least on the surface in the case of Vess and Garruk) heavily involoved storylines with people of diffrent relms as well as other 'Walkers. I'd expect WotC to do more of the same...
Hey guys. It took me about an hour, but I have a better quality pic of Nissa from PT:B.
I ended up haveing to add quite a few pics together from diffrent shots, but the only thing it's really missing is her left hand holding some kind of Shamanistic or Druid-like staff. Yay for Elf 'Walkers. Also, with this kind of detailed art, WotC has to make her a card, right?

I had to try this...the idea seemed too awesome to not do. All props go to TFH and Hakiza
The pic is a little murky for some reason, I think the lighting.

Either way though, I find it funny that there were no other pics of her around anywhere...
Here's hoping for "<-1>: Put an Imperious Perfect Token with Haste into play."
