Awesome report, man! Very entertaining and informative.
I was the Teeg player from Round 5, and although I definitely misplayed like a beast during game 3 (like you said), I don't think any of it mattered -- it was the turn 3 Braids on the play with Edict backup that killed me. I couldn't hit 3 mana for Squirrel Nest to save my life
Well played, sir! Looking forward to more tournament reports in the future.
Reliquary Tower from Conflux is also looking good so far. At least, my experiences with it have been promising.

Winter Orb/Static Orb with Icy Manipulator/Scepter of Dominance or Seedborn Muse
Essentially soft-lock the opponents out of the game while getting a full untap yourself.
Dueling Grounds/Silent Arbiter with Kor Haven/Prahv, Spires of Order/Ith, High Arcanist
Leftovers from the Angus Mackenzie build...still good, and difficult for some decks to deal with.
Rings of Brighthearth/Thousand-Year Elixir/Seedborn Muse/Murkfiend Liege
You can go crazy with all of the tap-activated abilities of the creatures...Skyward Eye Prophets and Tradewind Rider are probably my favorites.
Captain Sisay and Momir Vig, Simic Visionary
Between these two cards, you can tutor for just about any creature you need. Captain Sisay will even go and fetch Momir Vig for you!
Genesis
This card deserves it's own section...between Eternal Witness, Sakura Tribe-Elder, a Nevermaker soft-lock, and a Gifts Ungiven package, this dude pulls twice his weight.
It's not the fastest deck in the world, but it's fun as heck to play. I really need some help tweaking this further, so suggestions/comments are very welcome!
The Gargoyle is mainly there to help up your artifact/card count and pump Glaze Fiend a ton. For example, a play that I've made more than a few times is: Etherium Sculptor (x2 thanks to Mishra), Conjurer's Bauble (x2) and sac for 2 cards, Sanctum Gargoyle (x2) fetching the Baubles, Conjuerer's Baubles (x4) and sac for 4 cards, etc. What would you recommend taking out for the third? Street Wraith, perhaps?
The ease of a turn-1 Salvage Titan was just too tempting for me to pass up. Or, turn-3 Mishra then Salvage Titan (x2).
I'd also suggest cutting the cards like Carnophage and Hatred. With Necro, life = cards, so you don't want to just throw it away to your own spells.
A few more recent cards that seems like they might have a home in Necro are Tendrils of Corruption and Korlash, Heir to Blackblade. Korlash is maybe a bit pricy, but he's really a solid creature. If you want to go the "free spell" Necro route, then Spinning Darkness and Soul Spike are nice additions. Lastly, if you're usually playing large multiplayer games, nothing will net you some cards like Syphon Soul.
Glimmervoid definitely seems superior to CoB. Those will be switched out promptly.
Sensei's Divining Top also deserves a slot. If I ever get my hands on a few, they'll go in as well.
I haven't tested Terrarion, but I decided against Chromatic Star because it doesn't let you draw right away. Sinking two and three mana into a card to only draw one is sup-par compared to the mana-to-draw ratio of the other cards. They do have good synergy with Salvage Titan, though. Mana color doesn't really need fixing, but I suppose a Crumbling Necropolis could be taken out in favor of a fourth CoB/Glimmervoid.
Thanks for the suggestions! Keep 'em coming!
EDIT: And no, I'm not really satisfied with the name, anyway. Any ideas? Proxy it up and see if that sparks anything.
4 Mishra, Artificer Prodigy
4 Glaze Fiend
3 Etherium Sculptor
2 Master of Etherium
2 Sanctum Gargoyle
2 Salvage Titan
3 Street Wraith
4 Urza's Bauble
4 Mishra's Bauble
4 Conjurer's Bauble
4 Pentad Prism
2 Cranial Plating
1 Dispeller's Capsule
3 Thoughtcast
3 Crumbling Necropolis
4 Seat of the Synod
4 Vault of Whispers
2 Great Furnace
2 Ancient Den
3 City of Brass
The master plan is to burn through your deck with the free/cheap draw spells and beat down with fast, large creatures. Mishra, Artificer Prodigy really lets the deck take explosive turns and makes winning a lot easier.
I knew Master of Etherium and turn-one Salvage Titan were good, but the card that really surprised me was Glaze Fiend. Man, that little guy is nuts, especially in multiples (thanks, Mishra!). It's not hard to kill someone in one shot when you just dropped two Cranial Platings and some Baubles. You can draw into the lone Dispeller's Capsule so you don't just roll over to something like Solitary Confinement.
Let me know what you think! I'm open to suggestions, but please try to be easy on the wallet. Thanks!
