Well, according to the leaked Amonkhet and "Atlazan" booster art, he most likely will be in Hour of Devastation.
I would like him to be like last time, but even more ultimate - destroying permanents, gaining control of creatures and planeswalkers, and his ultimate could be simple and, well, ultimate: "Destroy target player."
The problem is that there already are four abilities - first one is static. There probably isn't space for five.
Tezzeret, Head Judge UB
Starting loyalty - 0
Tezzeret, Head Judge enters the battlefield with X loyalty counters, where X is the number of artifacts you control. 0: Return Tezzeret, Head Judge to its owner’s hand. This turn, artifacts spells you cast cost 1 less to cast. -2: Gain control of target artifact, or create a copy of target artifact. -7: Target opponent loses X life and you gain X life, where X is the number of artifacts you control.
Now the returning ability is a bit more useful, and second one as well.
Attempt for interesting design (hopefuly not Tibalt #2):

This should represent both artifact stealing and hiding in Aether Spire...
Nice, but I am not sure if it isn't time for "the most ultimate" ultimate.
Bolas should be dripping with flavor but needs not to be necessarily competitive playable, and I think with some upkeep cost, to tribute his old version.
What about:
Bolas, Lord of Amonkhet 4UBR
Loyalty 6
At the beginning of your upkeep, pay 2 life and sacrifice a creature. If you do, put three loyalty counters on Bolas, Lord of Amonkhet.
-4: Exile up to three target nonland permanents.
-7: Gain control of up to three creatures and/or planeswalkers.
-15: Target player loses the game.
Or is it too much? If there could be direct, simple, straightforward ultimate, it should be his.
(And with 6 loyalty, we can use Dark Intimations as well for immediate second ability...)
Judging the shadowed illustrations, today's story should include Gideon smashing a thopter, next week Tezzeret (hopefully with his card).
Episode 6 should involve the woman pilot with bandar, and Episode 7 Heart of Kiran...
Could Ajani be Naya-colored? And with mixed abilities which generally help others.
Ajani the Wise 1RGW
+2: Up to one target creature gains first strike, trample, and haste until end of turn.
(help others)
-X: Put X +1/+1 counters on target creature. That creature fights another target creature with different controller.
(defending yourself - and multiplayer shenanigans)
-7: You get an emblem with "Spells and permanents you control have lifelink."
(improved Soulfire Grand Master ultimate)
Loyalty 4
I'm not so sure about that, "In This Very Arena" makes it a point to mention that Tezzeret was blocking Jace's telepathy, suggesting that he knew they (or at least Jace) was coming.
IMHO Tezzeret only expected Jace, just because of Liliana, and made some anti-telepathic preparations.
All six of them were more or less surprise, hence his "nearly imperceptible step backward".
But her friend—her best friend, her constant companion for two score years—couldn't answer. The corner of her mind where Zendikar had lived was silent and empty.
My only major problem with this story is how abrupt Marchesa's victory is. New banners unfurling within, what, seconds of Brago being rekilled?
Adriana mention something about how it seems most of the nobles and such where in with Marchesa. I think at this point everything was already set up but Bragos death.
Marchesa is always 12 steps ahead of everyone. Thats kind of her thing, and im guessing will lead to her downfall. Adriana and Selvala will have to come up with a crazy plan that Marchesa wont be able to see coming
That is also the sign of good servants.
It reminds me of a scene in one film, where a gentleman is murdered and his butler immediately starts covering everything with mourning cloth. The inspector investigating the murder asks him where he's got so much of mourning cloth, and that the murder apparently has not surprised him. The butler answers: "Good butler must not be surprised by anything, sir!"
As Sorin watched him [the warrior he wants to feed upon] move off into the night, he felt a customary pang of irritation. The need for food—it felt so weak, so stupid, so mortal. A repetitive, mundane task that bound him to lesser beings. He had tried to ignore it once, but the results had been dangerous and horrifying. Sorin resented the hold that it had over him.
She is strolling in Foul Orchard, which she apparently likes.
I presume her deck will be BG and Gideon's WU...

So Nissa is at least 40 years old.

What about 'create' for tokens, and 'summon' for non-tokens.
Soul's Attendant: "Whenever another creature is summoned, you may gain 1 life."
Probably not, so this appears to be quite heavy flavor omission...
Both are women
Hal is an abbrev. from Halana, and Alena is quite common Czech female name.
