In my opinion, new Gideon should be monowhite.
He's associated with Boros, but I think only with their "protective" nature.
My version:
Gideon the Just 2WWW
Planeswalker - Gideon M
+3: Until your next turn, all damage that would be dealt to you or
creatures you control is dealt to Gideon the Just instead.
0: Choose up to three target creatures. Gideon the Just deals damage
equal to his loyalty to each of them, then each of those creatures
deals damage equal to its power to Gideon.
-9: You get an Emblem with "Whenever a damage is dealt to you
or a creature you control, prevent half of that damage,
rounded down."
Nice card, reminds me of Errol (the swamp dragon) from Discworld series. (Assuming this dragon has also re-arranged his anatomy to spout fire backwards)
Chandra is looking for whatever was on the scroll that she stole, which according to Jace's translations has something to do with "invisible eye" and "sheer fire" So, likely something to do with Ugin.
+1 : Target creature gets -3/-3 until end of turn.
-X : Put X 2/1 black Vampire creature tokens onto the battlefield.
-6 : Vampires you control gain flying, lifeling and deathtouch until end of turn.
All in all, it seems like the only thing that will permanently and forever get rid of Progenitus is Final Judgment. Am I right, or did I overlook something obscure?
+1: Each player sacrifices a permanent
-4: Target player discards his or her hand
-10: Remove all nonland permanents you don't control from the game. At the end of the turn, you lose the game.
+1: Target player draws a card, then discards a card
-4: Target player discards his or her hand
or
-4: Target player may discard up to 2 cards at random, for each card less that player discards, you may draw a card
-9: for the rest of the game, your opponents can't draw cards
Probably a - ability:
You get an Emblem with "Sacrifice this Emblem: Counter target spell unless its controller pays 3."

And I hope Nissa and Nissa's Chosen would be illustrated by Rebecca, and all four Nissa's Chosen bring four alternate illustrations.
Could it be Ugin from Ghostfire flavortext?
