I don't see how this is unfair. It was emergency living, and they've had it for half a decade. Its about time that these people move on... Or should 9/11 victims be getting free places to live in, too?
I have a compromise: All drugs are legal, but we let health insurance companies discrimnate based on drug use, and you are disqualified from medicare/medicaid/welfare/social security if you use em. That way, people are free to do what they want, and society doesn't have to bear the cost.

Eeeeh. I'm still playing fully modded morrowind (11 gb of mods and counting!) I don't think bethesda will do any better, especially with the cashgrab focus that is DLC. Then again, I may be surprised

Single bores me after awhile, and I have yet to find a really fun multi-server. There was a PvP/Town/City one, but I lost interest after the server owner removed all the ore from these beautiful, deep cave systems and made giant gold/diamond pits.
So, this is more of a personal story. My younger sister (13) is currently attending 8th grade at a public grade school in a very good town in illinois. The school gave each 8th grader a netbook, with instructions to use it for homework, tracking grades, ect. Recently, she was given an assignment to write a report on the wikileaks scandal. While looking for sources, she managed to get on MSNBC and CNN... yet when she tried to get on Fox News, the site was blocked by the school's software. I'm going to complain to the school board about this (and I get her going through a proxy in the meantime), but what does the debate community here think about a public school pushing this sort of agenda on 8th graders?

Well, secret cabal or otherwise, it would be very easy to sue wizards should they reprint any expensive card on the list. Considering that wizards went back on their word to not print these cards and it caused collectors to lose a significant amount of money (say, the price of power dropped 50%), wizards would be screwed.
