Information Brokering :symu::symb::symb:
Enchantment [M]
If a spell cast would manipulate a player's library, counter that spell unless its controller discards a card. (Searching, shuffling, scrying, discarding, or drawing cards in a library are considered library manipulation) Though the price paid is not necessarily tangible, information always has a cost.

Enchantment [R]
If a creature deals damage to you, tap it. It doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step.
Whenever a creature dies, exile it instead. "It knows when a criminal is lying, it records all that they say, and it cleans up the mess after the execution. Niv-Mizzet is a true visionary."

Restrained Pyromaniac :symr::symr:
Creature - Human Maniac[U]
~ can't attack.
Whenever ~ blocks, it deals damage equal to its power to target creature or player.
3/1 "The candlelight whipped the man into a frenzy. Recommended daily therapy."
--Doctor's notes
I feel like this would make a great uncommon cycle. A bunch of maniacs that do different things when blocked.
Lish, Cephalid Boilermage :symur::symur::symur:
Legendary Creature - Cephalid Mage
:symur:,:symtap:: Lish, Cephalid Boilermage deals 1 damage to target creature or player.
:1mana::symu::symr:,:symtap:, Sacrifice Lish: Destroy two target non-Island, non-Mountain lands.

So let's say I am in a game in which I have a ton of Myr (mana Myr, 1/1's, etc.) along with a Myr Battlesphere and a Myr Galvanizer on my side of the battlefield.
Question: If I attack with all my Myr except for Myr Galvanizer, would I be able to use the Galvanizer's ability to untap all my Myr and be able to use them for the Battlesphere's ability.
Even though it was a single card that could only target a single permanent, Gilder Bairn I still think is better. Toss a Narcolepsy on that guy and you've got yourself a cheap counter doubler. Granted it is only available to those playing blue or green, but there are always ways around that.
You add one more counter onto whatever it is you target with proliferate. That costs 4 (who knows it might be cheaper on different cards). Then you pay 1 to Voltaic Key it, and by then you've spent mana. That's freaking expensive to get just one more counter on a bunch of dudes.
I'm sure there are going to be cards that will work specifically with Proliferate but it's slim to none chance that it is going to be broken.
When you sacrifice a creature to devour, do you sacrifice it to that ability or could you technically sacrifice the Spawn tokens for mana while still getting the +1/+1 counters. It does say in the rules that a devoured creature is a creature "sacrificed as a result of its devour ability as it entered the battlefield."
I'm thinking Karn and Glissa Sunseeker both stand a chance at being planeswalkers in SOM.
Glissa because you discover she is a planeswalker at the end of the Fifth Dawn (and Slobad is briefly a planeswalker before Karn arrives to take down Memnarch).
Karn arrives at the end stating that Memnarch is in fact the Mirari.

Fortress of Solitude
Legendary Land
:symtap:: Add two mana to your mana pool of any color lands you control could produce.
If you would search your library for a land, you may not choose Fortress of Solitude as that land. Grandeur— Discard another card named Fortress of Solitude: Put a 6/6 Legendary Human Creature Token with flying and named Superman onto the battlefield.
note that conventional views on probability have been under review for the past several years to its one severely obvious flaw: it tries to quantify chance, which has no quantifiable traits. The probability of 'being struck by lightning' is usually taken as # of people struck vs. everyone else, including people who won't even see a storm all year. As for poker odds, they are already subject to interpretation as the probability changes based on the number of players. the only quantifiable element involved is the result itself, which is just as likely as any other. each wiki result has equal 'strength' as far as random selection goes, so coincidental relevance has nothing to do with it.
