I agree, Sylvan library is superb, but it is important to remember that Green has some esoteric sources of CA, and ways to reduce tempo loss. I am extremely fond of Foster, Genesis+Survival of the fittest or fauna shaman, and even oddities like Uba mask that help you neutralize some of the long-term CA advantage that other decks attempt to accrue. If you're going Big Mana, then it's hard to argue against planar portal.
The interaction of abundance and sylvan library is super charming! Also seconding LFTL, and if you can get horizon canopy in there, that's excellent. It's a shame you're R\G, but I will say that I've had lovely luck with Wheel of Fortune. Wheel of Fate, I'm a little iffier on, but I've used it to good effect too. One thing worth noting is that handsizes over seven are super common in EDH.
Man, I hope not. That would be amazingly disappointing.
Depends on the numbers involved, the actual colors, the CMC, and instant\sorcery status. It could be extremely good in certain formats if they make just the right kind of mistake.
Eggs= Intelligent beings are forced into concentration camps. Once there, they mass produce what was only intended, by an absent deity who appears to have no earthly concerns, and perhaps never did, to become a living organism later on. In a way, eating eggs means eating unfertilized gametes lacking even the smallest hint of a chance to become a chicken and differs little from the consumption of mushrooms. Both are largely incidental output of a running biological process, byproducts we have simply opted to cultivate.
Have you ever met a chicken? If anything articulates a philosophy identical to the phyrexian one, it is the tiny winged creature referred to Gallus Gallus Domesticus or "OH God it's got my EYE!" for short. They live to breed, to hate, to consume, and to mutate. Given a chance, they would spread their fearsome dominion across the earth, rising on a pillar of their own bones, their own broken young, their own dying flesh.
Fear not, my friend. Our hour approaches. For you see, you are misinformed. May our cluckings sever the tongues of our foes!
It might be worth honorable-mentioning them, but there's never a point in shooting those off for two. I guess the ideal thing is cards that are almost-always played for two mana.
List seems to be mostly up to date. I've left a few things off, if you want to contest them, just let me know. I'm definitely open to even remotely persuasive arguments regarding any of these cards.

They won't. But they might. Someday.
