Wizards are reprinting 200$-level cards and people are complaining? Wow. Mana Drain is an impressive choice for sure, one we have waited for for years and years. Nice!!!
Seriously... I'll add my voice to the others, the art is beautiful but it looks like a 12/12 mythic legendary battleship of the ultimate awesome, not a 4/6 vigilance. Come on.
There's really a lot of enchantments, and notice also that green removal spoiled so far removes artifacts only, not artifacts+enchantments, so clues are pointing that way.

I find WOTC's universe to be on the whole quite well balanced for a high fantasy universe.
For having played with Hymn in Eternal Masters limited, it was never a dead card even late game, and it was great even if I drew it turn 10 and it took away the 2 cards/removal/threat the opponent was keeping in hand. It won me every game where I played it.
I know Constructed is a faster format but there should still be place to use this even after the first turns but before the opponent is in topdeck mode, while achieving delirium more or less naturally.
I don't understand why it hitting lands for free is a problem unless you're playing against land destruction. If your entire deck is 3CMC or less (plausible for RDW) it's filtering out lands so you can dig towards actual spells.
Even a 3/2 Menace with "put all the lands from your library in your graveyard" would be worth considering and this is better since it sometimes just filters out a land, other times it can draw an actual spell or deal damage.
I'm simply stating that in a situation where you can make 45k in profit with little to no risk (if you do it in a smart way) you damn well do it, regardless of morality.

I will not steal) or you don't, it's not debatable on a case-per-case basis.
