    Okay, so I get the feeling that this card has been posted by mistake on the Brazilian MtG page instead of Tattered Mummy, since I can't seem to find it anywhere. The name is probably off.

    It was posted on the official Magic: the Gathering page in portuguese:

    I think it was supposed to be Tattered Mummy but they posted this by mistake since they look similar.

    It's an uncommon. The art is the merfolk on the cover of M13 boosters.
