You really only need to stick the win con which also boils down to helm or belcher as you should be able win on the spot when they resolve. We can already beat creatures with path, wrath, humility, o ring, etc. Nodes/drop of honey rarely felt good enough to me as it tended to not kill what I needed gone.

In most cases our early game is simply survive to the late game. Chalice, like counterbalance, is annoying but it doesn’t beat us. Our curve is varied with answers available at all costs.

Interesting. I had issues with 18 land at times, that’s why I finally upped it.

Rest in peace has always been good. Wrenn has no bearing on that.

Abrupt decay is only a problem when it has limited targets. We have a lot of things that need answers. 4 decays can’t deal with all of them. FWIW decay is why I used to run a single leyline of the void. Karmic justice I found underwhelming especially when I am able to play more threats. Chant also answers a lot of things.

How is 17 land working out? I was playing 18 and finally lost a mox and upped it to 19.

Always willing to talk parfait. I feel like K-run in that respect; I could probably talk for pages on a single card.

That is the why. Everyone plays it. People don’t adapt to that kind of card. A lot of the best spells cost 1 so everyone plays misstep to counter them to counter other missteps.

Blast zone could be interesting as a one of to me. Otherwise we have “turn 1 spheres” that feel superior

...Cataclysmic gearhulk also isn’t a terrible option.

Parfait is like most decks to fast combo, you're probably going to lose to the nut draw. The longer the game the stronger parfait gets. Paths and chants are going to be the most likely answers early on.

Honestly tower is just such a strong low cost value card. It can buy you time without the resource loss associated with zorb. I think I have covered your concerns before so I can not touch on those right now unless required. I will suggest tithe as the shuffle effect of choice, it was why I originally had plateaus.

Enchantress has wild growth and friends. It's a deck that basically needs to play a 3 mana spell turn 2 so I'm not sure what you mean with acceleration. Personally I run oblivion ring in some number main just because it is an answer to just about everything. Also when extended was a format I would sometimes have plows or chants in my 75.

I've never been worried about null rod. It's definitely annoying though.

You could try my approach the sun plan. I've yet to use it, but I like the potential it has.
