4 Garruk Wildspeaker is overdoing it. 2 or 3 is best. I prefer 2 copies, but 3 is fine, too. 8 burn spells is a tad much, too, and with lots of medium sized creatures that don't die to 2 or 3 damage, you generally want Terminate over those creatures.
I've never been a big fan of Elvish Visionary, especially when you could be running Putrid Leech in its place. Gargoyle Castle isn't really great here; you should have more than enough threats already and between the removal that BRG provides, you shouldn't need to block with it either. Meanwhile, your color commitments mean you need every land to produce at least one color, and many you want two or more. Speaking of which, no Swamps? That's what Verdant Catacombs are for.
With 4 Borderland Rangers and 3 Garruk, I think you should add another Broodmate Dragon. Here's what I'd change your deck to:

I really don't see the point of having Worm Harvest. I would drop it and put in O-rings - you need them. Every deck that plays white needs them, and probably Path to Exile as well. I don't understand why people aren't playing Figure as their turn 1 play? Mana fixing isn't a problem if you use the right land base, mine is working just fine, and once you hit the Knight, it will accel you into more mana on its own - Birds then doesn't do too much the rest of the game. Figure can outright win them and is a constant threat.
For SB, honestly there is no reason to play Pyroclasm anymore. Volcanic Fallout really is better. You deal the same damage to each creature only with fallout it is at instant speed and uncounterable. The one mana really makes no difference. More importantly you also hit your opp. for two, and you can end up killing a planeswalker by redirecting the damage.
Crucible isn't really a SB card is its either in the MD or not. You have better things to do with your slots. Wispmare is needed to deal with Bitterblossoms, O-rings and other good enchantments.
Play Pithing Needle, seriously. You won't regret it. I promise. If the ability has a colon, Pithing Needle the hell out of it.
You also want Forge-tenders in the SB. If your opp. is playing red, you win.

crusher is a must! it's ability works in tandem w/ reliquary, those two are made for each other.
edit:: on the crucible note, my newest build runs one for late game antics. did alot of shuffling around and dropping some of the more esoteric stuff to make room.
