The closest thing I can think of to the Laccolith effect that's actually playable are the "deals damage to attackers/blockers when blocking/blocked" cards, like Ashmouth Hound and Acolyte of the Inferno. Making it an "and" rather than an "or" makes those cards a lot better.
I think the only draft-matters card I would consider including on the regular is Cogwork Librarian, the others just seem too clunky and require too much bookkeeping. I do not use silver-bordered cards or Conspiracies, either. If I had a group that got together more regularly I would consider using draft-matters cards and Conspiracies as a way to shake things up on occasion.
Cloudfin Raptor is great in a deck with creatures, which is most decks. I also run Enclave Cryptologist and Wingcrafter. I keep thinking about cutting Wingcrafter, but then it always keeps pulling its weight when I see it in play.
Curse of Predation is way more offensive to me than Curse of Shallow Graves. If you have a couple 2/2s and the green one, you're very quickly generating a dominant board presence. If you have the same and the black one, you're still able to be stonewalled by bigger creatures. The black Curse is definitely great when it's great, but there's also a fair amount of board states where it's okay to bad.
I don't think Serra Angel will ever get cut from my cube. It's always a solid card that I'm happy to have in my white decks, and it's got a lot of sentimental value to me. The only other Angel in my cube at the moment is Patron of the Valiant.
I love Artisan of Kozilek. It only goes in one deck in my cube (green ramp), but it's amazing in that deck and I want to have payoff cards for investing in ramp.
I'm like 15 drafts and a lot of sealed deck into my cube with Ultra Pros and I have to replace 20 or so after each draft now. Part of that is that I've got some insane shufflers in my group, and part of it is that the regular Ultra Pro Mattes are awful sleeves.
Based on my history with Ultra Pro Mattes, regular and otherwise, I would attribute more of the impact to the insane shufflers than the sleeves. Replacing 20 sleeves per draft is ludicrous, regardless of sleeve quality.
I still think Snakeform is a fine inclusion. Any card with a reasonable cost and ability that also has the text "Draw a card" on it goes way up in my evaluation.
I think the upkeep cost is too restrictive to be particularly useful. You're setting yourself back a lot for a Clone effect, and that seems like a losing proposition in most scenarios.
The best "punisher" cards have two options that are very close in power level, so Ornitharch, Fanatic of Xenagos, Thunder Brute are all acceptable to good.
