Just sent you a request on that.
It's always IM. If we do voice chat we normally just form a quick group of those who want to do that for a while. No vid calls either, mostly because not all of us have webcams or want to show our actual faces.
Honestly it's not that big a deal, we don't really talk magic there we just share whatever is on our mind. Also we like to form an EDH game or two when we can. :3
Also I have cable now...I am happy to be able to watch tv without having to use netflix constantly. The nearest card shop to me does Drafts every Monday and Friday so I do plan to get into some RtR drafting. The best part is that it's not an "Anti the Rares for Prizes" thing which is at the store I would go to if I really wanted to draft and didn't mind the long drive. So really getting PW points and probably opening a few money rares is the best case scenario from this. Sadly this means I'll be dropping 15-30$ a week but I'm pretty sure I can get some decent trade fodder to use to start building some EDH decks. :3
Venture Bros is getting a new season.
Stuff I've been planning on watching but never gotten around too:
East of Eden
Baccano
True Grit (the remake)
Battle Royale (yea idk why I keep forgetting to watch this one)
From Dusk Till Dawn (Also one I keep forgetting)
Drive
Rum Diaries
Devil's Rock (Good things I've been hearing about this one)
Thats kinda why people hated it in decks that had the Swords...it was just a nasty beast of a card that could just do stupid things.
I dont' even know anything about the series but they looked really interesting.
Sure, we'll let you in...
Also I'm with Anubis on this one, we should really put our requirements in bold, I'm tired of one of us constantly having to do the whole "Whats your favorite X" thing every time. I know we are the odd bunch but seriously, we have rules too damn it!
The more acrobatic kills add on to your score so really that's why most players you see are running around. The trick though is to try to combine both aspects of crowd blending and free running. It's hard to do but it's so rewarding.
Also really rooftop running is the best strategy as really the goal is to get the most kills within the time limit. So being out in the open is great to try to pull out your prey who are most likely after your predator. It's why the gun is so useful in matches.
