I'd like to ask if anyone knows if the option of choosing your family in the upcoming Streets of New Capenna prerelease event was left to the discretion of individual stores? I got told in the local store that the packs will be random for everyone and I can't make a reservation for a specific family. Is that how it's always been? Is there an official WotC mail I could direct this question to?
