Shorikai, Genesis Engine And Containment Construct Are two cards from the Kamigawa Neon Dynasty Set and I have a question about the actions and if it's Legal some actions due it's effects.
While Shorikai, Genesis Engine Has an Effect that you "Pay 1 mana and tap it to draw 2 cards, then discard 1 card."
Containment Construct Has an Effect that Says "Whenever you discard a card, you may exile that card from your graveyard. If you do, you may play that card this turn."
My question is about the interaction about playing the exiled card.
1)How does it works with any card exiled when you wanna play it?
2)Does the cost of such card must be paid out as their mana cost?
