Yeah, I really just can't get myself worked up over this. The staff have a huge issue and this can help them solve it. Besides, what information of mine could they possibly get? My real name? My old address? Off-site contacts? The staff already has access to those things. What personal information should I be upset that they could get?

I don't know about you but I would be kind of annoyed if my IP address and current email address were being handed out to people without my permission.

I mean tbh once you have good enough movement that you can dodge rockets soldiers aren't really that threatening unless they are really good (pub players aren't) and demomen are usually a free kill for a scout.

How on earth do you get such a high score with a scout on turbine? Most of the time I play it is just a stupid traffic jam near one of the flags with everyone camping down a hallway with explosives.

I run at them and dodge the explosives or I just wait at middle and stand on the crates and kill people. The only really problem is sentries but I mean I don't really care about the flag that much I just kill people at middle.

This site should live for aesthetics, does this site even lift?

The site is mostly fine how it is tbh, the banner could use a change though and it could be a fun artwork related competition if it were done.

Some of you have probably noticed that I haven't been around much in the past couple of weeks. There's a bit more to it than this, but basically my home internet connection died and I haven't had the time to fix it, or the ability to access the internet elsewhere. I'm now on my second new modem in as many weeks, and fingers crossed this one will hold up. So apologies for not being around and any problems it may have caused, and I'll be doing my best to catch up for the next day or two.

Is it the modem or your actual service provider? I recommend TP-Link modem personally, have been using them for years and they are reliable and sturdy, wouldn't recommend relying on any modem you get from your service provider because they are usually completely useless, better off getting your own.

If it's a service provider problem you could check whirlpool or something.

Oh, you mean not post at all and and if you do heed the, "Shut the **** ups"? Yeah, lol, abuse that privilege mother****ers. By all means, because maturity is what the gutter exudes.

I can understand this, but have you looked at the name of the website? You guys can create a forum on a difference site and have at it. But then, you guys wouldn't have content to troll/stir up drama with, eh?

Unless you have read this whole thread don't post, I can't stress this enough, that issue has been brought up multiple times in this thread, if you don't care enough to read every post in this thread like me, talore and every other poster that actually cares than you don't care enough to post and I will just start ignoring you.

It's very difficult for me to take the gutter seriously when I witnessed first hand your very legitimate cries for help from an unexpected curve ball thrown at you from the staff...and then witnessed in a matter of days your group turning on your non-gutter supporters and telling us all that we don't know anything and should stop talking about it as if continued criticism will somehow change the staffs mind again.

I truly hope you get to keep your sub-forum. My earlier comments weeks ago were ill informed and the very definition of knee-jerk reactions upon first hearing about the Gutter.

But I certainly don't wish to participate in a sub-forum that so very clearly from this very thread has shown the majority of it's members enjoy treating non-gutter members like dirt.

    Hence my vitriol.

No one is being treated like dirt, in fact we invite and welcome any supporters to join the gutter and come and further contribute but at the same time keeping people like PoweredBlackblade and other 1 line useless troll posts out of the discussion has been very beneficial for the health of the discussion.

Except your account hasn't been banned and you're free to post on the website as you please. Oh, except you actually have to post where everyone can see, and in a reasonable adult manner. What a terrible comparison.

Taking away the part of the site I spend 99% of my mtgs time posting in is as good as a banning.

Let's test just how disingenuous that claim is, shall we?

I am applying to join the Gutter now. I will be perfectly happy to lurk there. Let's see if my application is accepted.

First off it was the staffs idea to move the discussion to a different place so don't act like this was a plan by the gutter to silence the masses. And anyone who is going to contribute without trolling/baiting/making uninformed ****posts is welcome to join the gutter and have at the discussion in there, if you don't want to join the gutter then I guess you don't care enough to be involved in this discussion which makes me wonder why you are even posting here?

Important part highlighted, I am not going to guarantee you, who has a lot of history and bias towards the gutter is going to be let in, one could argue that a benefit of moving it there is to keep posters like you out but it remains to be seen, I wouldn't get your hopes up though.
