Adding to this. What happens if I dont have decayed zombie. Can I sac another non token zombie with wilhelt, thus creating a decayed zombie. And after that, will i get another decayed zombie from Jadar ?
Tonight I played with my group, and the question came to be "what happens if a commander dies when Grave Betrayal is on play?" Does the commander returns to play under control of the owner of Grave Betrayal, or does it avoids this because it the owner of the commander decided to move it to the command zone upon dying, thus changing zones before the end step?
New to the game here, Odric, Master Tactician has this ability that triggers when i attacked with 3 other creatures. If just after I declare my attackers, an opponent surprisingly creates creature tokens, do i get to choose if these new creatures can block too ? Or do i not have that option anymore because they weren't in play when i declared attackers?
If im correct, i still get to choose because when it gets to the blocking step, i can choose those new creatures, but correct if im wrong please.
Can you please quote the sources if you can, even if im wrong, I would like to know how to play odric correctly.

If I cast an instant with both of them on the field. Veyran triggers and I have to flip a coin an additional time. If the first flips sends my card back to my hand, and the second flip copies the instant. Does it still resolves ? Because in the first flip the card leaves the stack and returns to my hand, and after the second flip the copy would not have a target spell to copy. Is this correct ?
New to the game here. Can you sacrifice treasure tokens on an opponnents turn, and then not use it to cast a spell ? My question is regarding the use of treasures and Marionette Master. In response to my creature being destroyed, can I just sac my treasures during my opponnets turn to deal damage before dying ?
Roon of the Hidden Realm has this activated that can exile target creature. But it is followed by this ability that states I have to return it to its owner's control at the beginning of the next end step. My question is: is that a triggered ability?.or is it part of the already activated ability ?
If it is indeed a triggered ability, can i counter it with Voidslime so that the card remains exiled. ?
So, my question is, if I have Gravecrawler and I sac it with Phyrexian Altar,it gaves me one mana so I can basically recast Gravecrawler and do it again, right?
If I do this 20 times, and then play Liliana's Standard Bearer, does it's ability allows me to draw 20 cards ?
I'm confused because Liliana's Standard Bearer reads, "X is the numer of creatures that died under your control this turn".
Gravecrawler is the only creature that died this turn, but multiple times.
Do each time that I recasted it and sacced it, count as a different creature ? Or do I only draw one card because it was the only creature that died ?

New to the game here. I recently got the ruthless regiment precon deck, and I have a question regarding Nahiri the Harbinger and Humble Defector.
Let's say I use Nahiri's last ability and search for Humble Defector to activate his ability. Then, an opponent gains control over it. Does it still returns to my hand at the beggining of the next step ?
Nahiri's ruling states that it the card leaves the battlefield, it cannot return to my hand, but in this case, it hasnt left the battlefield. So, does this still happen (return to my hand).
Does the same applies if someone steals the card I brought with Nahiris last ability ?

If the protection I give is the same color as the aura, do the auras fall off?
Does it work the same for equipments ?
