No one has mentioned Replenish. I think this exactly meets the criteria they have listed. (It was unbanned from Legacy a couple years ago.) I would be glad to play a new foil version of this in some casual decks.
I think Magma Jet is ok. I dont think we need FNMs to be standard legal. Both player rewards and the arena/gateway/wpn foils are standard. Quality extended (or even casual or legacy) cards are ok with me.
I would like to see things like Spell Snare, Dread Return, and Watchwolf follow.

Am I the only one who has seen the fantastically bad movie Tremors (and it's unbelievably worse sequels)? This is an exact likeness. They are the freaking worms from tremors (except they are mostly above ground here).
The DCI Rewards page is not completely updating. I got my mail on July 3rd, and it was postmarked July 1st. My rewards status online is still "current" (the last listed "sent" batch was 21 in March). Based on the number of textless cards I got, I would say the cut-off date was probably June 10th for my rewards (I got 9 token sets, and it now says I've earned 12). I don't know if they count everyone at the same time - it apparently does take them a while to get it all mailed out.
In your case, cerberus, you might have only had 4 current token set points at the cutoff (if you played in 2 tournaments recently). You might not get another mailing until the fall. Or this one might just be slow - it's hard to tell.
