I know this is something of a dumb question, so please forgive the simplicity.
I’m wondering about summoning sickness - specifically its implications on the first turn a goblin sharpshooter is played.
I understand Haste, I understand abilities that don’t require tapping, etc. But with a sharpshooter, the death of a creature seems to remove the effect of summoning sickness and it should then be able to be tapped to cause 1 damage. Is this accurate - even on the first turn it comes out? Or is a goblin sharpshooter prohibited from its ability to tap on first turn, regardless of other creatures dying?

Thanks - and sorry
