MTG Salvation

As a colorless artifact I feel like this should cost more, it's maybe not as good as Vedalken Orrery but still very powerful for two mana. I think 3 or even 4 would be more appropriately costed. As a blue enchantment I think this could be 2 or 3 mana, it feels like a very blue thing. I've had idea's about this myself, it is interesting.
