Shows how much I've been paying attention, but Astrolabe is banned in modern and legacy lol. That will surely hurt the classic Boros Reckoner Skred list.

Anyway, here's where I'm at. Going to my first event in 2 weeks so we'll see if I make any changes. Eternal Scourge is the ringleader of the Circus of Value. Not married to the Glorybringer. Cratermaker might be better as a 2-of in the side if it's being included in the list. Versatile card, but it could easily be a Ratchet Bomb — or any among a very long list of relevant cards.

Goldspan Dragon seems super playable. I prefer my dragons to have haste for when you need to step on the gas.

I'm looking to get back into it with a live event in a few weeks so I might post a list soon. But for now, my initial thoughts on your list based mostly on gut reactions as I haven't been playing:

Not sure that Astrolabe is doing much when you aren't getting any payoff for playing artifacts or using the mana filtering ability (though it does let utility lands make red so maybe that's worth?).

21 lands with no Mind Stones and 4 5-drops seems risky, though I don't know the actual math off-hand. Also, Scrying Sheets is so good when you're grinding it out I can't imagine playing 0. My 22-land list currently has 3 Sheets and 2 Havens which may be loose (no Astrolabes) FWIW. I'm also a Mind Stone fan in general so I have 4.

5 Sweepers main seems a bit heavy, of course that choice could also turn out great for you.

Sideboard in general is gambling, but I'm not sure that Heart of Kiran and Torpor Orb are a good fit. Maybe I'm just looking at it from the wrong angle and missing something obvious.

But if you swapped the Astrolabes for Mind Stones, the main board would be pretty close to what I have sleeved up. 4 Koths probably isn't the strongest choice, but Koth is a large part of the deck's appeal to me (or the versions that play him at least) so that's what I'm bringing on night one!
