I can confirm that version 3.6b does not choke on fuse cards, although it isn't processing their collector's numbers. It processes them the same way as the old split cards from Invasion and Time Spiral blocks. It isn't parsing power and toughness for any set though, so I presume Wizards changed something.
Just a quick note, it looks like set code for magiccards.info is incorrect for Commander's Arsenal. It should be CMA, but it is CRS. Wouldn't it be nice to just have consistent set codes?
Can you describe your problem a little more thoroughly please? Do you see Return to Ravnica in the left sidebar? Does it have its set code? What happens if you check it off and then click "Actions" > "Download Main Data"?
Hello again. I tried to grab the "Media Inserts" set, and it didn't parse correctly. The "Multiverse ID" is of the form MBP_xxx, instead of an integer. Also, "Type" comes out as a bunch of HTML.
If you want, I can even help to fix some of these issues, rather than just submit them on this thread. For that, you'd need to share the source, and I don't know how you feel about that. I don't know what language this is written in either, but I'm well versed in Java, C, and C++, and am willing to learn pretty much anything.
Oh, and just because I haven't said enough yet, I don't think Rage Extractor is getting parsed correctly anymore, specifically the colorless phyrexian mana symbol.
#_({PR} can be paid with either {R} or 2 life.)_#£Whenever you cast a spell with in its mana cost, Rage Extractor deals damage equal to that spell's converted mana cost to target creature or player.
Thanks! Take your time with the fix, real work is more important. No one's really interested in Nighteyes anyway.
Also, if you really want to fix WotC's mistakes, The Hive (6th Edition) has the wrong collector's number. It should be 289, yet it is 315. Every card after it has its number shifted too. Example, 6th Howling Mine should be 290, but it is listed as 289. It seems that magiccards.info has this fixed. In fact, what do you scrape from Gatherer? It seems that using magiccards.info as a singular source would be more accurate.
I use the TCGPlayer API as well, but I haven't noticed any changes, nor have I been notified, nor has the app misbehaved. Maybe I'm accessing it differently than magiccards.info does.
Hello chaudakh. I've got another bug report with Kamigawa flip cards.
It seems that WotC did a half-ass job in reformatting the old cards. On Gatherer, some cards, like Nezumi Graverobber // Nighteyes, have numbers 129a & 129b. Others, like Callow Jushi // Jaraku, just have number 31.
However, on magiccards.info, all the Kamigawa flip cards have numbers a & b.
Also, Nighteyes isn't downloaded anymore at all. The data used to be grabbed at the same time as Nezumi Graverobber, but it isn't there anymore, and it doesn't get it's own card either
I know it's not your place to fix WotC's mistakes, but it would be really cool if you did. Thanks for all the hard work!
As the lead developer for MTG Familiar, I've gotta push that one. It has the most advanced offline search on android, it pulls prices from TCGPlayer, and its continuously updated. you can even request features, and I'll see what I can do about it. Check out the google code page and submit ideas here: google.com/p/mtg-familiar/

It worked fine though, and Dragon's Maze is now in MTG Familiar.

edit: well, DKA is up on magiccards.info now, and everything seems to be going smoothly.
