Is the "search for a planeswalker" part of Urza's Sylex tied to its own exile ability? Or can you pay 2 and search for a planeswalker if it is hit by any blink or exile effect?
Since Arcanist lets you cast a card without paying its mana cost, is it possible to cast Dig Up with Cleave? With cleave worded as "you may cast this spell for its cleave cost, If you do...", it makes me think that casting it for free wouldn't allow you to use the alternate cost, but I'm not sure since they noted in the preview that the CMCMana Value is 1 regardless of if you cast it with Cleave.
When your opponent leaves the game, the game is over for them, but if you are playing multiplayer the game is not over for you. Since the game isn't over for you, I'd assume that the effect would not end for you. Your opponents' permanents/hand/graveyard/library all go back to them, but you would not get your own stuff back, and would lose on draw step for trying to draw from a library with zero cards in it. I think that would be the most literal ruling on the card, if it had a ruling.
(that being said, it wouldn't be much fun, and the Un-sets are not legal in-game anyways, so you can make any house rules your playgroup agrees on when playing with un-cards)
