It's not exactly red Tolarian Terror, but if monored takes a more burn-oriented path, this is a shoe-in. When you're topdecking, it's better than Wrenn's Resolve.
I could definitely see that deck changing with the introduction of roles.
So far, it might play Royal Treatment. There could be more for it, but if it does end up playing a lot of them, honestly it'll just be a different deck. The current g/w enchantments builds get a lot of value from casting enchantment spells (Jukai Naturalist, Generous Visitor, Kami of Transience), which doesn't really work with roles.
Could 5 color decks play this in Standard? Triggers off Leyline Binding, Sunfall and Atraxa. Archangel of Wrath not triggering it even if you spend 5 or 6 on it kinda sucks, though.
It's conditional. Red doesn't get looting but rummaging, you have to discard before you draw, so there'll be times when you'd rather have the Treasure or even the buff, but it's still a pretty solid card, especially hot on the heels of a T1 Kumano Faces Kakkazan.
That said, this is two sentences (Discard a card. If you do, draw a card.") and if you compare it to a Japanese Faithless Salvaging and a Japanese Akoum Flameseeker, it matches the latter.
No, don't hit Gunruud on the nose--hit those Orcish Bowmasters, then laugh as they fall down.
Not before they get one last trigger!
Seize the spoils at instant speed trades rummaging for one damage. It's probably not great.
Restless Spire is nice for being cheap enough to activate and leave mana up, but will be a little hard to actually hit with and is pretty useless on defense.
Using a disenchant on a role or food would normally be awful, but this gives you a nice top end on the back side. Feels like it is maindeckable in limited.
Disenchant was maindeckable in Brothers' War without the creature half, so I'm sure that's right, even though there are fewer artifact creatures.
This and Ruby, Daring Tracker are using some new phrasing. "Attacks while you control," seems like it's designed to prevent fizzling after the removal of the big creature, which happens with "attacks, if you control."
Flash is huge - this could definitely give Brutal Cathar a run for its money, at least if a deck arises that wants the effect and doesn't care that this is neither a human nor a soldier.

Currently, that deck runs 2 auras and one of them is legendary.
Roles could push this, but most aura based decks tend to pile a bunch on one creature they protect.
They do occasionally do it. Faithless Salvaging, Rix Maadi Reveler are examples.

That really depends on how good the food makers are. Ur-Golem's Eye is not great, but Thran Dynamo is.
