    Good designs. But, named characters are always legendary.

    the Metallurgist is fine.

    I'm not convinced the detective needs investigate's reminder text cause it's a rare.

    The Aspirationist should become an angel before it flies.

    Cutthroat's blue/red multi, much too cheap (I'd say 1UR), and, at the lowest, uncommon. Others looks good though.

    These are pretty neat. Like a lot subtler Bogbrew Witch cycle. Vehicles seem... sorta out of place in a medieval setting? I know they did have carts and ships alike, but also the audience would more associated living creatures (noble steeds, etc) with transportation in this setting.

    Whenever you tap ~, put an equipment card or a vehicle card with a converted mana cost less than or equal to ~'s power from your hand onto the battlefield. If it's an equipment card, you may attach it to target creature you control without paying its equip cost.
    What's wrong with the original wording? The last clause is also simply wrong.

    I found X unnecessary because its tied to the card's power. As for the last clause, that's my grammarian side.

    My best guess at the smith's wording:

    Whenever you tap ~, put an equipment card or a vehicle card with a converted mana cost less than or equal to ~'s power from your hand onto the battlefield. If it's an equipment card, you may attach it to target creature you control without paying its equip cost.

    Dark Altar is simply bad. It's not an efficient sac outlet if you want duders to die and it's just awful as a mana rock. You can easily lower the mana and activation costs.

    Others look fine.

    This.

    I'm thinking dropping mana from the Altar's activation altogether way be warranted because you're, essentially, changing one creature into another. But, I defer to more experience designers than myself for a final answer on that.

    You just plugged in colors you thought'd be cool, which is a bad idea.

    I realize every color has access to indestructible. But, nothing else about Skrudd is red or blue.

    White kills attackers and blockers nowadays rather than forcing blocking. Thus, the Rampager's ability is red.

    Additionally, the equipment should have Equip SSS because it's too powerful otherwise. I surmise that's the reason WotC made eqip sorcery speed in the first place.

    Remember, Splinterburst and Ripples of Insight are certainly printable.

    Sun Blade is steps too hard in black's toes and I'm sure it's not printable by today's standards. Black and red are the cheap removal colors, StP/PoE are mistakes.

    Court of the Oak I think it's unprintable too. Having two creatures in play is a small requirement for blue-quality draw in green. Maybe "As additional cost to play ~~, tap two untapped creatures you control". I could see that happening and would be sufficiently good for the decks that can afford it.

    March of Civilization is uncommon, borderline rare. Zero chance of this being printed at common.

    This.

    Also, white has instant speed removal cause it deals with attackers/blockers.

    The Cleanser's fine. But, Ashenbraids isn't because the creature transforms into a werebeast from its unaffected state. To date, all werewolves have been Human//Human Werewolf. I doubt WotC'll change werebeasts from a subspecies.

    Enchantment

    Put a donation counter on ~: Target player draws a card, gains 2 life, and adds C. Only an opponent may activate this ability and each opponent may only activate this ability once each turn.
    Remove ten donation counters on ~: You control target opponent during that player's next turn.
    When ~ is destroyed by a spell or ability an opponent controls, for each counter on ~, that player discard a card and loose 2 life.

    Emphasis mine.

    To put it bluntly, how the hell is the bold part white? White neither controls other people's turns nor causes direct life loss. I'll give you it being white/black multi, at best, as long as there's more black in the cost than white. Otherwise, void_nothing's correct in saying this is monoblack. On top of that, your use of Debt of Loyalty, Jabari's Influence, and Truce as examples wholly undermines your point because they're considered color pie breaks nowadays. In fact, all of them would be, at best, white/blue multi.

    How's this?

    Syael Snowpearl 2GUU
    Legendary Planeswalker — Syael {M}
    Whenever an opponent activates an ability of a creature that isn’t a mana ability, put a rime counter on that creature.
    Activated abilities of creatures your opponents control cost an additional S to activate for each rime counter on that permanent.
    \-2/: Until end of turn, Syael Snowpearl becomes a 2/4 Elf Wizard creature with “1S, T: Tap target creature an opponent controls,” and “that creature doesn’t untap as long as you control Syael Snowpearl.” Prevent all damage that would be dealt to her this turn.”
    {5}

    Not related to Syael any more, but should I, perhaps, change the S in the cost increase ability to 1 for formats where S isn't as prevalent?

    Is this too parasitic?

    Syael Snowpearl 2GU
    Legendary Planeswalker — Syael {M}
    Whenever an opponent activates an ability of a creature that isn’t a mana ability, put a rime counter on that creature.
    /+1\: Untap up to four lands you control.
    \-8/: You get an emblem with “whenever a rime counter is put on a creature, you may remove one of those counters from another creature."

    I'm gonna turn Syael's walker into a green/blue multicolor with a static that applies the Elder's (her mum) rime counter text to all abilities similar to the Elder's second one. Is there a cleaner way to word it than the mock-up below?

    Quote from Neo-Syael"s static »
    Activated abilities of creatures that require them to tap and target permanents the ability's controller doesn't control have "put a rime counter on this creature" as an additional cost, and "this ability costs S more to activate for each rime counter on this creature."
