    Not sure is my answer.

F&B is certainly not a fad and will be here to stay. Is there money in it, sure, but i dont think its the only property to take some funds from MTG.

As far as ive seen, more people are interested in and play the new Digimon Cardgame, like myself.

At our local store we have a regular base of Digi players now and it seems to grow every now and then, also in the nearby city (i live in a mid sized town), the Digi group is growing fast too (usually about 15-20 per event), so F&B is certainly not the only game potentially taking from MTG, but at the end of the day MTG will keep surviving for its hardcore base.

Also Digi is much bigger then F&B in our area at the moment (also me being in UK), so not sure if is just bigger in USA. Also the rough stock/distribution is not great for the game. Sure Digi has had some too, but the delays were minimal (usually a week or 2 at most), but F&B delays for its 2-3 sets have been months here, so there is a stark difference (also since Nov 2020 Digi has had 6 releases).

Iam speculating that as the story moved to eternal night, that there will be a few cards that ETB and make it night (much like the few in MH that ETB and make it day).

The story will end with a regular day/night cycle coming back to the plane, thus like the above we may see WW that start nightbound on the front and Daybound on the back (to reflect the eternal night to regular day cycle).

I think we may also see either a white/red board wipe to reference the returning of the day (probably white), and will be how the red wedding ends XD with a load of Vamps going up in smoke ^^

I also dont think that we will see any eldrazi, just no need for it, not unless to get the sun back they have to blow up the moon like in Dragonball XD

Nope, it is not a card with Daybound/Nightbound as it does not have it written under its abilities.

The Sun and Moon symbol represent that it is a transforming Double Face Card (TDFC), thats it, as modal ones (MDFC) are represented with one/two triangles on each face.

Ive loved the Curse cards since they first made their debut.

That card draw is nice, if you could get Paradox Haze & Curse of Misfortunes on yourself, with maybe a few enchantment clones, i think she could spam them out pretty quick XD

Edit: Just noticed something. Take a look at the silhouette of the figure on Paradox Haze, I kinda think it resembles the Unluckiest Planeswalker XD

I hope that they make Fox a good tribal soon, there was an increase of fox creatures over the last 18 months and with a return to Kamigowa, Kitsune should be in the set, but I guess thats only a small hope.

The idea of token disappearing after taking damage, seems like an illusion type thing, (though its usually as a target of spells or abilities previously) so it being an affect for spirits is possible. Maybe you get to decide if they are 1/1 or bigger for the downside of being temporary.

Well thats alot to go through...

Kamigawa seems interesting, i love the Japanese aesthetic, and wished i played magic for the original run (love me some kitsune, so hope they have a big showing), not sure about the future-ish setting (again hope there is rural influences as people have mentioned).

Streets of New Caprica, eh I mean Streets of Golden Axe, wait thats still not right... err Streets of New Capenna, looks a bit meh, with Kamigawa now having a rather modern look to it, it seems they are maybe making places look a bit like ravnica... (Ravnica everywhere... as per Buzz). Tri colour gangs... not sure on this one. Guess we will wait and see. Though as it seems to have a kind of fantasy 1920's vibe, whats the chances they bring Eldrazi (someone had to say it at some point) there in the future to more fit a Call of Cthulu look and feel, as well as the idea of many colours vs none.

Dominara and Brothers war seem like they could be fun? Again a bit of a wait for that.

Iam not to bothered about anything else really, and tbh i only f2p arena at the moment, as i stopped buying anything physical after Stixhaven, though i have to say that one image of the LOTR with Gandalf in the Shire does not spark interest for me, I love LOTR, but that art, although very nicely done, does not say LOTR/Gandalf & Hobbits to me (also there is only 1 hobbit looking at the fireworks while everyone else is either looking in another direction or no interest at all). There is just too much stuff on each person/character and why is Gandalf in a full Leather getup? IDK that art is just not my cup of tea for LOTR.

There is also a part describing Spirits, that he makes note off stating the original block did not do much for the tribe and that in the new set Spirits will have a better tribal identity.

"Looking back, if I dropped the ball anywhere in the set it was with Spirits. While every other tribe had a strong mechanical connection, Spirits ended up being mostly "things white and blue normally do." It's not that they didn't make sense with Spirits, but I wish I'd had a more cohesive plan. I'm happy that Spirits in the upcoming Innistrad sets have a better sense of mechanical identity."

Mainly due to the fact that its always an ongoing rumor that the RL is gonna be scrapped or changed etc, etc.

    It wont for the forseeable.

The title of this thread is totally misleading.

It was always said that Universes Beyond would be other products, such as Secret Lair or Precons, i dont think they were ever gonna be premiere sets (outside of DnD ofc).

Surely if you activate Bazaar Trader, targeting yourself and the Bucknard's Everfull Purse, then activate the purse while Trader's effect is on the stack, you will pass it, then get it back.

Now you ignore the lowest die among the three dice. Now, of the two dice that remain, the first Pixie Guide effect has you ignore the lowest die. The end result is that rather than rolling one d20, you roll three d20 and ignore the lowest two dice.

From what you have put (linking the rules etc) thats right, but my problem is with the wording of how its been explained (as i was also wondering ahead of the release notes on the exact wording as how Pixie Guides is written is not how it works)

But to go into your example you have ignored 2 dice when only asked to ignore one. the first instance you ignore the lowest, you did that why? then used the card effect to ignore a result to leave one. how Pixies works as written is you ignore just one value, hence in my example i used two 1's.

I understand the effect due to how other things work similarly in the game, but as i mentioned above the wording given to describe this function is wrong.

I know that how it works is that no matter how many dice you roll, you only get one result, but that wording of the rules is wrong to how Pixie Guide functionally works.

What it should read is this:
"Some abilities, like that of Pixie Guide and Barbarian Class, replace rolling a die with rolling extra dice and ignoring the lowest rolls. The ignored rolls are not considered for the effect that instructed you to roll a die, and do not cause abilities to trigger. For all intents and purposes, once you determine which die counts, the extra dice were never rolled."

This wording is what reflects the actual function, where as the one given is wrong and means that you just remove the lowest rolled number.

    Example:
    I roll 5 dice, the results are 1, 1, 7, 14, 19.
In the original release notes wording, the 1's are ignored by being the lowest roll, and are ignored and considered never rolled, then those rolls left are what resolve.

In my wording (and how the it functionally works) all except the 19 are ignored for being the lowest ROLLS, and are ignored and are therefore considered never rolled.

A bit of a difference for just 2 words.
