Take a close look at the "1" in the mana symbol of the first effect. It's larger and the number is hugging the top of the symbol.
Take a look at the centering of the tap symbol; it's different too.
And lastly, to be 100% sure, you want to shine a cellphone light through the card and examine the difference. The card on the right will almost certainly block way more light than the two on the left, and that will unfortunately confirm your suspicion that it's probably a counterfeit.
