After some thinking, i change some things. This is the way i see him now :

Whenever another creature you control dies, put X +1/+1 counter on target creature you control, where X is that creature power
3GU, Sacrifice another creature : Reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a creature card with power less than the sacrificed creature power, put it onto the battlefield and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. Activate this ability only once each turn.

Like i said before, i don't know if it's too much. If it is, maybe i need to weaken him again ?

I was thinking about this, and at first i wanted him to put a +1/+1 counter on up to two creatures.
I have change him a little, this is what the ability look like :
Whenever another creature you control dies, put X +1/+1 counter on target creature,where X is that creature power.
Whenever one or more creature you control with a +1/+1 counter on it attacks, draw a card.
After this, i wanted to give him a sacrifice outlet ( 5 or more) to make him more appealing , but i don't know if it's too much.
I also remove menace and trample.
I wanted to create a 5 colour version of my favourite commander : Kresh the Bloodbraided. I'm posting this today to know your thought about it (if he is balanced), and also because i want to build an edh around it( i have the basis but now i'm lost).
Here's the custom commander :
Kresh, Jund Apex Preator wubrg
Human warrior berserker
Menace trample
Whenever one or more another creature you control dies, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
If one or more creature with a counter you control dies, Kresh deals 1 damage to each opponent and you draw a card.
