I am building a mono blue mill deck with Bruvac the Grandiloquent as the commander. I thought it was really good but now I am wondering if it's a bit weaker than I originally thought.
It looks like the rulings are that for Bruvac's effect to trigger, the other card MUST use "mill," not anything like "Target player puts the top three cards in their library into their graveyard" as in Dream Twist or Thought Collapse. But I'm a bit confused since that is effectively what milling is (as the Bruvac card says in brackets) and the term "mill" is more of a recent addition to card terminology (like vigilance becoming the term for "attacking does not cause create to tap").
Using card tags is mandatory in the Magic Rulings forum. Please check your private messages to learn how to use them. I've added them for this post.

I've been out MTG for about a decade and looking to get back in. I thought I could use my old decks as the base for some revamped decks but I've already dropped about $200 on this revamped angel deck (I never play in tournaments so I put the thread here). There's a lot of powerful angels out there with high mana costs and even higher dollar costs and I'm looking to get some feedback on angels that are worth it.
The deck is also a bit chaotic at the moment in terms of strategy. I guess I'm thinking about spending the early turns on the defensive as I ramp up my mana to play high mana cost angels. I used to run Ghostly Prison but I think Archangel of Tithes can fill in that role. I am also used to running some removal so was thinking of sweepers like Balance or Wrath of God. I'm not super content with my angels - I this is a good start but there's a few I'm on the fence about like Platinum Angel. For now the draft of my angel mono deck looks something like this:
Any ideas would be appreciated. I'm looking mostly for mana ramping, better angels to add, and probably even condensing down my creatures to make more room for sorceries/instants/enchantments. Thanks!
