Wait... ANY target? So since you can make a permanent target itself, this card's back and any Stuffy Doll effect goes infinite? Or, if you don't want to flip, this + indestructibility + a damage amp effect like Jaya, Venerated Firemage to kill any player?
how it go infinite? if it target the doll it do that damage that will go to the players and that's it, so twice to the face not infinite

If 2 4 casting cost creatures + a fight card + 2 (easy) conditions: night and 3 snow goes infinite in any meaningful game (mythic champs or w/e) I would be amazed.
thats the end of Magus of the Bridge test run in decks this will replace it easily
infact its probably the best one yet of Xathrid Necromancer and Rotlung Reanimator even though it doesn't see the tokens but lets face it if tokens were possible thats auto infinite with ashnod's altar and other cards alike
Just play all 3 and maskwood nexus but personally I have found the problem with zombies in EDH has always been the games are always the same - some random infinite combo(gravecrawler + phyrexian altar, rooftop storm + liliana emblem or w/e) with some payoff card (vengeful dead or any of the 50 other payoff cards you cna choose). I am still advocating for a rule change in edh that the same action can only be performed (5 or some other arbitrary number) times a turn - no cavern harpy/alluren loops, no ashnods/phyrexian altar shenanigans etc. I'm finding EDH to be too much who can sneak out their infinite combo between board wipes, and really just 4 people playing solitaire around a kitchen table than any meaningful interaction.
What happened to crew? Flavor win if you crew it with serf tokens but I think this is just a bad renegade frigate - 2 dorks is a lot more to ask than 1 less wimpy dork. 5 toughness is largely irrelevant and being a better blocker is not the role of vehicles in all but the worst situations.
You can always sacrifice the ghoul and it is 1B - each opponent exiles a card from hand, trigger any meathook massacres/LLoth planeswalker/etc - the option on a grizzly bear to do that is exceptionally relevant in limited.
I'm not really getting Wedding Announcement. The card seems really bad to me. The fact you have to transform it means you can't use it as some win con token generator, and it seems way too slow for any aggro deck to want it that is triggering the card draw part.
Wedding Announcement: Having to jump through hoops for a no-frills anthem? No thanks.
Demonic Bargain: Allows you to dig ridiculously deep for the cost, but exiling a huge chunk of your library just for one card hardly seems worth it. You don't even get a "you may cast that card" tacked on as a pity prize. I'm sure there's scenarios where it'll shine, but I'll stick to Diabolic Tutor.
Grolnok: I can't help but like this. Gets around graveyard hate by creating a personal exile zone that can't be meddled with. Might get me to finally play a self-mill deck. The Threshold frogs won't work with it, unfortunately. Changelings/Arcane Adaption might be your best bet.
I don't see what you wanted from Demonic Bargain. You can already cast the card as it goes to your hand, or did you mean for free? The card would be beyond absurd at that point. 3 mana go and get Emrakul and cast it for free? Yer right.
As it is it's mostly a better Grim Tutor for any deck that wants that. Exiling 13 cards is barely even a cost. Grim Tutor isn't particularly great to begin with though. If this shows up it will be in some combo deck as that's the only real type of deck that wants 3 mana tutors.
Wedding announcement is not an anthem that you have to go through hoops to flip. Anthem is the reminder of the 3 cards you drew or 3 humans you made (or a combination of the 2) for 3 mana.
Yes, it is slow and a bit clunky - but the incremental value of this card is quite high - it just isn't the drop crusade and swing that we are used to.
Might Malevolent Hermit be playable in Lurrus of the Dream-Den-as-Companion decks, or will Lurrus's frailty bite it in the butt too often to take advantage of the synergy?
More than anything else the 3 casting cost prevents it from comboing with Lurrus as a commander.
Ooo - i figured it out. You blink your disturbed critter, have it die again, disturb it again, fb this - repeat. Thats 3 casts from the graveyard, 2 creature casts all for the low low cost of a card and 5 turns!
it is just a payoff for pitiless plunderer and chatterfang. You actually still need a *gasp* repeatable sacrifice outlet. Granted this card is amazing as part of the 99 - but it isn't anymore of the combo than zulaport cutthroat/blood artist/bastion or any of the other 8 million payoff cards.
