Your opponent can do that but it won't keep the "Whenever this creature mutates..." ability from resolving.
    Take the following scenario:

    1. In a two-player game, you control Grizzly Bears and your opponent controls Runeclaw Bear. You cast Majestic Auricorn targeting Grizzly Bears.
    2. All players pass, then Majestic Auricorn resolves. Grizzly Bears mutates into Majestic Auricorn, making the new creature's "Whenever this creature mutates..." ability trigger. You pass.
    3. Your opponent casts Banishing Knack targeting Runeclaw Bear.
    4. All players pass, then that spell resolves. Runeclaw Bear now gains "T: Return target nonland permanent to its owner's hand." You pass.
    5. Your opponent now has priority and activates the ability Runeclaw Bear now gained.
    6. All players pass, then that ability resolves. Majestic Auricorn returns to its owner's hand. This doesn't counter its "Whenever this creature mutates..." ability, though.
    6. All players pass, then the "Whenever this creature mutates..." ability resolves. You gain 4 life.

Oh, so the mutate effect happens even when the creature returns to the hand. Got it. Thanks

[N]ow my question is, during the stack, after Banishing Knack was resolved, can the opponent use the acquired effect by his instant to return my creature before it mutates, thus canceling the "Whenever this creature mutates..." effect?
No, but for a different reason. If Banishing Knack made a creature you control gain an ability, only you are able to activate that ability, since you are that creature's controller. And even if the ability allowed your opponent to activate it (e.g., because the ability says "Any player may activate this ability"), removing the creature from the battlefield wouldn't counter an ability of the form "Whenever this creature mutates...", once the ability triggers because the creature mutates (C.R. 113.7a).

In any case, the stack doesn't resolve at once, but rather individual spells and abilities in it resolve one at a time. And after Banishing Knack resolves here, players get priority to cast instant spells and activate abilities (e.g., you can activate the ability granted by Banishing Knack to the creature you control).

I think I expressed myself wrong, I'm not saying the enemy used Banishing Knack on my creature, he used on his creature and he wanted to activate the tap effect before the mutate effect happen. The thing is, on the same stack my creature would activate it's trigger effect, the opponent would give a tap effect on his creature and activate that said tap effect, all of this on the same stack, but he wanted to do that before my mutate creature effect resolve on the stack.

    The occasion is the following:

I have 1 creature in my battlefield, then in my main phase 1 I cast a creature using mutate, doing that would trigger the effect of the creature on my side that say "Whenever this creature mutates...", but, as a response for my casting, the enemy use Banishing Knack, coming last at the stack, then the stack resolves, as Banishing Knack was the last in the stack it'll be the first to resolve, this card gives the effect "tap:Return target nonland permanent to its owner’s hand" to all the creatures from the opponent, now my question is, during the stack, after Banishing Knack was resolved, can the opponent use the acquired effect by his instant to return my creature before it mutates, thus canceling the "Whenever this creature mutates..." effect?

I wanna build a aggro Naya deck built around advantages for having lands on my battlefield, with cards like Zendikar Incarnate and [card]Ground Assault[/card. Landfall is a great keyword ability for this deck and I already saw every card with this effect, but I want to know more cards that would combine with this strategy.

I have some questions about Hands Of Binding

    01) Why Hands Of Binding can target an already tapped creature?

    02) What if Hands Of Binding was used to tap a target creature, then encoded, on this same turn the creature with the encoded card attacks the player and choose the creature that was already tapped by Hands Of Binding to tap again, will the effect work?

    03) Hands Of Binding has 2 effects, will the second effect work only if the creature was tapped by the first effect?

    04) What if the enemy used Hands Of Binding to tap a target creature of mine, then encoded, the enemy turn end, comes my turn, my creature remains untapped because of Hands Of Binding effect, and pass my turn, can my creature be target again by Hands Of Binding?

    05) Can I counter Hands Of Binding with cards like Cancel after it was encoded?

    06) If I can counter, will Hands Of Binding exit from exile and go to graveyard?

    07) Is there a way to uncode Hands Of Binding from a creature while maintaining the creature on battlefield?

    08) Am I the only who thinks Hands Of Binding mana cost is too low for it's effects? (mainly the cipher thing)

Thanks for the reply, I actually read the FAQ but couldn't find the answers to those questions.

To Assemble a Contraption is the same as to cast?

Can Contraptions be countered by cards like Cancel?

Does the cranking of Contraptions create a stack, abling the opponents to respond?

    Are Contraptions spells?

So the Proper Burial effect will happen first, but what if another player (a third player) activated a spell with "Destroy target creature", choosing a creature from Proper Burial player, will Proper Burial effect still happen first?
If more than one triggered ability (such as those of Poison-Tip Archer and Proper Burial) would go on the stack at the same time, they will go on the stack starting with the ones controlled by the active player or, if there are none, the ones controlled by the player closest to the active player in turn order, and proceeding in turn order (C.R. 603.3b, 101.4). Thus, those abilities are put on the stack this way even if none of them are controlled by the player whose turn it is.

Thanks for the answer, I didn't know about that rule.

The creature will be destroyed, triggering Proper Burial and the Poison-Tip Archer. The order in which those trigger go on the stack depends on the third player's position in the turn order and when he is casting the spell. Starting with the active player (the player whose turn it is) you go in turn order and put the waiting triggers on the stack. The last to be added will resolve first.

    Got it, thanks

I can't answer this really if I don't know what destroyed all the creatures. If the instruction "Destroy all creatures your opponents control" was carried out, during your main phase, then Poison-Tip Archer triggers for each of those creatures and Proper Burial does, and you put your triggered abilities on the Stack at first, with the opponent putting the Proper Buryings on top of those. The opponent gains all the life, then loses the life that the Archer causes. Their life total will never be less than where it started.

So the Proper Burial effect will happen first, but what if another player (a third player) activated a spell with "Destroy target creature", choosing a creature from Proper Burial player, will Proper Burial effect still happen first?

In a multiplayer game, during my Main Phase, I activated a spell that destroyed all opponents creatures, one of my opponent had Proper Burial in his Battlefield, meanwhile I had Poison-Tip Archer in my side, the destruction of many creatures triggered Archer effect dealing 5 damage to every opponent, my opponent who had Proper Burial, had 1 creature with 5 of toughness destroyed, and he had 3 life points, who comes first? Proper Burial or Poison-Tip Archer?
