Complete crap when you compare it to the alternative Etched Oracle.
EO starts out bigger.
Usually Draws 3 cards, (I used to play this in a mostly mono-green deck with Vigor, Rite of Passage, and other support cards)
Cannot easily be stolen
But is slightly more vulnerable due to a second type.
Is cheaper monetarily too.
Needs more Captivating Glance. No reason you shouldn't be able to gain control of multiple creatures with the same enchantment. I had a Song of Serenity deck that did weird things with auras.
Attack Left or Attack Right would seem to me to benefit the combo player, and usually that is going to be the guy with the deepest collection. I am surprised that people are having success with it being a "balancing" factor. How could it balance the game to favor the noobs, when the noobs cannot gang up on the players with the deepest collections (with creatures, I suppose they could all play RDW and target the pro with burn, or everyone play 4x copies of Kindle et. al. and overwhelm the best player), but they could have done that without the Attack Direction only.
the Comprehensive Rules cover multiplayer. Section 800 has all the rules for all variants, but if you are only interested in what happens when a player leaves or is removed from a game, you only need to read 800.4a-800.4j. And really most of the time you don't have situations beyond 800.4(a), but the rules have to cover all possible situations.
Cz have you ever written on the concept of inevitability. I haven't read the updated guides, so it might be there. I am not sure that the concept is "real." How is it different from playing with cards with impact (Gorilla). Or cards that continually come back from the grave (Cockroach).
How would you define inevitability, and how does that apply in MP games.
Your Stinkweed Imp should ensure that you out pace your opponents. As long as you have just as many blockers, it shouldn't be an issue (barring Overrun effects). If you are still worried, Kismet is 4 CMC. You can run a couple Bokuka Bogs, just realize that using them does slow your strategy somewhat.
Fecundity is a may draw. The standard combo card for tombstone stairwell is Vengeful Dead, which is also searchable via Dimir House Guard. Your Suture Priest and Blood Artist are fine, but Withered Witch, Necromancers Covenant, Bojuka Bog seem to be working against the theme.
Yes, Tolaria West is overkill. Weathered Wayfarer, and maybe a couple of Expedition Maps are all you really need. Calciform Pools would be a good replacement, since it gives you something to do with extra Mana when you are tapping for 6-12 Mana a turn.

Well of Knowledge or the standard Rhystic Study are probably some of the better choices for card draw.
