Awesome! That list looks great! I like the Victimize and Bladewing the Risen combo!

We usually Play in Three person all-for-one style matches. Dragons that are powerhouses on their own are great, like Dragonlord Atarka, but dragons that work well with other dragons or creatures, such as Bladewing the Risen are usually better.

    Thanks!

    Hey forums!

I have taken a look back at decks I have made before, and I noted one of my favorite decks of all time, JUND DRAGONS!!!!

Now I made that deck, maybe three years ago... and since then, we have gotten some pretty mean dragons.

I wanted to get some suggestions from the many great people on this forums: What are the best Dragons in Jund Colors?
note: By Jund colors, I mean anything in red, black, green or a combination of any of the three!

May the dragon's Might and Wisdom be upon you all!

Hmmm, that's interesting. As i say, the main issue I was having is the fact that the ability to return the god from your graveyard to your hand only occurs if it dies, which, in mutate terms, results in all parts separating, but since the creature, before dying, had the ability, I was a bit confused as to how that plays out.

    Thank you for the help!

WOW! Thank you! That's absolutely awesome! I was just unsure about the way triggers resolved and whether the fact that all parts separate in the graveyard would affect what cards return to my hand.

    Thank you very much!

Hey, I have another question about mutate, regarding the creatures The Locust God, The Scarab God and The Scorpion God.

They each have an ability that says: When this creature dies, return it to it's owner's hand at the beginning of the next end-step.
I want to know, this is an ability that triggers when it is in the graveyard after dying, so by this time, all parts of the creature mutated onto it have become separate, or do they all return, seeing as the creature, before it died, had that ability?

my example: I mutate Chittering Harvester onto The Scorpion God, I attack and it dies. all parts of the creature, so both the Chittering Harvester and The Scorpion God go to my graveyard. Do both return to my hand because when it died, it had that ability?

Okay, so I can't choose to put kefnet back but not the drakkis, all parts just go back if I choose to shuffle the creature back.

    Thanks a ton!

Ok, So the 'Dies' trigger resolves as it dies, not after it dies. In which case, say I had mutated a Lore Drakkis onto God-Eternal Kefnet from your example, then the final creature would have the 'when this dies' trigger as it dies, and so all parts, Kefnet and Drakkis, both go into the Library Third from the top.

Is that what you're saying? Sorry, just making sure.

    Thanks!

I was wondering, I know that mutate works by changing the statistics and name of an active creature on the field, but I wanted to know:

If I mutate a creature onto a God-Eternal, what happens if it dies? I have a sneaking suspicion that the trigger for when a God-Eternal dies only happens when it hits the graveyard, and at that point it becomes separate to the creature mutated onto it, But i wanted to know for sure.

    Thanks!

Damn, the Ohran Frostfang is good! And I hadn't even thought about the constellation thing! That could be amazing! Imagine Eutropia the Twice-Favored to start the +1/+1 counters rolling, perhaps putting them on something like Hydra Omnivore! I also love the idea of embracing the grindier side of Pharika's ability and colors by using Grim Guardian to just slowly drain the life out of my closest friends (heh heh), uh... I mean... uh, have a great game in which I am nice and do not attack people often. Yes.. right...

As for your second statement, about not using the popups, in the 'menu' for typing the reply there are various buttons in the top sort of 'header' of the box. There is one that shows a single card, and if you click it, then type the name of the cards in between the section provided (will look like this [card]Put the name of the card here[card]) and it will become a popup of the card when hovered over.

@Decay57 Awesome! I can Already imagine copying a Banefire cast with an X value of 10 from the library directly aimed at the opponent! Izzet Bliss...

@Rezzahan This is going to be an interesting deck to be certain. A set of 3x Kiln Fiend paired with all these spells... as I said, Izzet Bliss...

Woah!, that's a pretty good combo. I also have one more question. In the case of me using Melek, Izzet Paragon, if I were to cast a card like Banefire and I paid, say I was lucky, 15 as the value for X, would the copy effect from Melek, Izzet Paragon copy the spell including the X value I paid?

I have a question: if I was to use a few Kiln Fiends, and have cast, say, two spells already, so they have +6+0, what happens if I cast Dragonshift overloaded? Do they retain the buffs or do they become 4/4 dragons with no buffs?

Just that I find it a bit of a push to spend what would e $60-$70 for a single copy of a card, even if it does read "I win".

    Still, thanks for the suggestions!

Dunno 'bout Expropriate, but the others look like really cool options! I did not even know Blatant Thievery was a card!

    Thank you,
