Here is an $18 dollar deck I came up with after a short time, there is room for improvement for sure but this format hasn't been played so it's hard to tell what a meta will look like.
My play group and I have been thinking up a new format to run. It would be centered around a cease-fire for a set around of turns (maybe 10) where you cannot interact with th other player or players during these turns, you have to set up your board and prepare for battle. Of course there are many infinite combos or other cards that would ruin this format really easily so we set a budget of 20 to start using mtggoldfish as our price check to keep it consistent. It seems like running removal, counterspells, and fogs are going to be required. None of us are going to play like Spikes we don't think, what do others think about the format? any suggestions to make it better, or more hectic? Let me know I'll be around to answer stuff hopefully.
