SO there's not much to go on for caves of Ixalan, but i do know that caves in mayan mythology have a symbolical connection to the underworld (Xibalba). Thus, i think it's plausible that the next Ixalan set will be centered around this.
Some possible themes would be life, death, and reincarnation. Because of this, it seems to me this set could have a graveyard theme.
Dominaria United has a few cards with, "return this card from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped. it gains "if this card would die, exile it instead"". so it seems to me that this in future sets could be used as a keyword mechanic, say, reincarnate.
I suspect that explore would be gone as Ixalan is more or less well known by then.
But i suspect we'll see merfolk, dinos, pirates and vampires as the other main themes, and how they interact with the underworld and its treasures.
i just want to say, in terms of being fun to play with, or even having much counterplay, expectation of what is going to happen, or ability to interact, this card was EXTREMELY poorly thought out
forestwalk cats? now that feels like unblockable in the current multicolored meta. well his thing is great if you have any other legends that make tokens for you
ok, i think i know what this means. the rest of the ana battlemage cycle.
i'm also thinking we'll see a return (or variation of) other nostaligic cards like serra angel( i hope it doens't feel too much like baneslayer angel). i assume one per color. red got a new version of shivan dragon
it seems unlikely that either double masters 2 or Baldur's gate commander will hit arena, meaning a huge dearth of new arena releases until dominaria united. perhaps we'll see khans remastered, or something? no idea.

those represent the green and red creatures she's mind controlling. green=kavu, red= goblin
4x rancor and 4xeldrazi conscription
and so on
seems to be exactly what mardu wants, really. pity no haste, but for a mono white angel, i understand.

i wish we'd gotten level up, or quests, too.
at least there isn't a +2 mace, yet.
baldurs gate, and d&d have almost nothing to do with gates, i'm not sure why they're in here.
