Emblems don't have colors, they're not permaments, and they sit in the Command zone where nothing can really interact with them, so even if it was red it wouldn't matter.

It's colorless, but that doesn't madder because it's in the command zone instead of the battlefield. It's basically an effect that lasts for he rest of the game.
