I mean, it's not a total staple, decks with non-combat utility commanders would likely rather have a colored-mana-producing land, but for anything with a beefier commander that wades into battle, this is a pretty good choice. Especially if you have a bunch of "lifegain matters" cards.
It's obviously good, but super boring. Also there is zero tie in between art flavour and ability. Has nothing to do with a witch house. Reminds me of sheoldred flavour vs function total fail.
