Spiteful DeviantBB
Creature - Spirit Mercenary
Spiteful Deviant has fear as long as you control no untapped lands. "A bully in life; seems not much has changed."

I love it. Fits the Spike, Johnny, and Timmy! 10/10
Phantasmal WraithUUUUU
Creature - Illusion
Flying
When Phantasmal Wraith deals combat damage to a player, return eight permanents you control to their owner's hand. If you can't, sacrifice Phantasmal Wraith.

A bit expensive, isn't it? This is really a limited card that might see some play in a deck built for it, otherwise it doesn't seem that hot. Still, balanced for limited is always good. 8/10

Target creature gets +X/+X where X is equal to the number of card types among cards in all graveyards. (The card types are artifact, creature, enchantment, instant, land, planeswalker, sorcery, and tribal.) "It grew to a size told of only in legends, living up even to the greatest of its kind."
Aww! So close! I admit, though, that I loved cannon's. I pegged it a winner when I first saw it. Great mechanic, very flavorful and Timmy would love it too!
AEtherbreed Ooze 5URG
Creature - Ooze Mutant [Mythic]
Timebound 1 (As this card comes into play, put a +1/+1 counter on it for each turn that has passed as long as it was played from your hand.)
At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a +1/+1 counter from AEtherbreed Ooze and discard two cards at random.
When AEtherbreed Ooze attacks, if it has four or more +1/+1 counters on it, draw three cards. "Through its body courses the very fabric of time."

Graven Icon of Velkt0
Legendary Artifact
You can't play Graven Icon of Velkt during your first, second, or third turns of the game.
:symtap:: Add 3 to your mana pool. Grandeur - Discard another card named Graven Icon of Velkt: Untap all artifacts you control.
Broken? Perhaps.
Ankh of Rebirth :sym2b::sym2b:
Tribal Artifact - Zombie (:sym2b: can be paid with any two mana or with B. This card's converted mana cost is 4.)
:symtap:: Return target creature from your graveyard to your hand. 3, :symtap:, Sacrifice Ankh of Rebirth: Return target creature from your graveyard to play.
That is a deck I have had a lot of success with in testing. Currently, I only have real difficulty with RDW and that is only pre-board. 5c Control, Cruel Control, Midrange - all aren't too bad. I generally win off EOT burn (what I don't use to keep the board clear of threats) and either Sower on a creature and/or Banefire. So far, so good.
Balduvian Warbears1RG
Creature - Bear
Cumulative upkeep - Put a +1/+1 counter on Balduvian Warbears.
Rampage 1
When Balduvian Warbears has three or more +1/+1 counters on it, sacrifice it and search your library for a card named Balduvian Warbears and reveal that card. Shuffle your library, then put that card into your hand. "The bears are kept as mounts until the next in their progeny takes its place."

Alternate Entry (unless you like the bears more!) Blightmaker OligarchWWBB
Creature - Human Rebel
Vigilance, lifelink X, :symtap:: Search your library for a black Rebel card with converted mana cost X and put it into play. You lose X life.

Collective Subconscious1U
Enchantment - Aura [Rare]
Enchant Enchantment
When Collective Subconscious comes into play, draw a card for each enchantment you control.
Enchantments you control have shroud.

That hurts my brain. I like it, though. Hurts so good. It leans into three colors and costs WW, which is just mean (unless its the current Standard, of course). Token generation? Buffing? Yea, the name fits. 8/10

Flip a coin. If you win, search your library for a blue or red instant or sorcery card, reveal it, and put it on top of your library. If you lose, discard two cards at random, then an opponent searches your library for a card, reveals it, and puts it into your hand.
Is that too strong? Eh, not sure.
Next: Make a creature with a coin flip, but not like that silly Coldsnap crap Minotaur, please. Be really creative!
@Ruggles - Someone can keep it tapped, given the right format. It gives you the chance to use it without needing to tap it. Just something for varieties sake, really.
