You do know that Coalition Victory is NOT banned in EDH, right?

    Quote from Surging Chaos
GP Portland is M11 Sealed Day 1, with a M11 Draft on Day 2.

Wizards announced this a long time ago on magicthegathering.com, so I don't know where you're getting the idea that they haven't said what the format is.

In your haste to spout off, you neglected to actually read the thread title or the contents of any of the posts before your own.

The question was: "What format will the side PTQ(s) be?"

Any ideas? Grin this feels like vampire nocturnus in m10 and then boom a bunch of vampires come up in zendikar. do u think there will be an influx of knight cards in som? i think so cuz they put elspeth on the art already and she is the knight errant... if anyone wants to repost the pic plz do since i can't find it now. we have Knight Exemplar and student of warfare now so do u think there will be lots of knight tribe in som?

also, offtopic, do u think Knight Exemplar will go up to $30 like vampire nocturnus once som comes out? cuz im thinking of stockpiling on some Knight Exemplar.

There is no reason to assume there will be tribal support for knights above and beyond a handful of creatures with that typing.

I can all but guarantee that knight exemplar will not be a $30 card, no matter what. Asking about it in a new thread will not get you the answer you want, since that answer is wrong.

Declaration of Naught. Its one of my favourite cards overall actually, and I have a pretty sizable collection of them.

You use the conjunction, "but" as if your two statements contradict each other, and I am confused.

This thread makes my head hurt, and I'm not talking about the math involved.

Pretentious troll is pretentious. It may not be grammatically correct, but you cannot deny that he sufficiently articulated his point.

This might sound like an odd idea, but has anyone tried to put an Archive Trap in their build? I figure if you use a sac land or if you landcycle a creature during the turn you cascade, you can also trap yourself for an additional 13 cards off the top.

You should probably try actually reading Archive Trap, instead of assuming you know how its worded.

I tip $5. More if it was a large order, really late at night, or pain to get to there.

But I tip a lot overall.

I figured that that part was so obviously stupid that to point it out would just be redundant.

Really? Are you that desperate to try to win an argument that you would attack a point that was clearly made in jest?

Time Sieve is almost a bye for us, so I don't recommend it. Prymoncer Ascension and Runeflare Trap decks can cause problems, and while they seldom outright beat us, it's a tough match.

My hardest matchups are against Fauna Shaman Naya and Valakut/Titan Ramp. Don't play Red Deck Wins against us, because, it doesn't.

LOLWUT? Time Sieve has been like the perennial control killer. Saying that its a bye for you is daft, and indicates you're either making stuff up or playing against ten year olds on workstation and calling it a day.

So what, this is advocating 18 year olds dating 30 year olds? Or is a 23 year old guy dating a 28 year woman make that girl a "cougar" now? I wouldn't use the word "appalled", I haven't really even thought much of the concept of a "cougar". I think that our society is extremely egocentric and young women especially are constantly being brainwashed to think they are not good enough, and I believe a commercial like this where they would see women not much older than themselves being labeled as something that's normally applied to much older women could be detrimental.

Are you serious? Do you that desperately need to rage at something that you're going to read too much into a commercial for a niche dating site?

Its a website to hook up with older women. End of story. There is no deeper meaning, it does not degrade younger women, nor is it applying an age label to a young woman. That chica looks like she's at least mid thirties, quite possibly forty plus.

    Also its pretty hilarious.

It's not illegal. They have the right to merge, it's not letting them over that's the illegal part.

Is it really necessary to try and pick at semantics when someone suggests getting an APC and crushing other drivers?

Yes, I know humor is relative, but I liked http://www.taptolaugh.com Is it gone for good? Showed real improvement along it's month or two. Artist interviews too...

All I can remember, once the creator said he was unemployed, so maybe he couldn't keep up the web-hosting costs, or had to make a life change. Any more info, I'd be interested.

    Tap to Laugh R.I.P 2009?

You were the only one. 2009 was an abysmal year for mtg webcomics. Literally nothing good came out of it.

Would it be possible to make a future shifted card filter in the advance search section?

Here is a list of them if that helps in creating one http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showpost.php?p=4176463&postcount=4

If you have a list of cards that links to the cards in question(which were made years ago and are no being updated or added to), then why do you need a filter?
