I wouldn't say that they can't resist because they clearly could. I think if they do tribal again, than dinosaurs have good chances to get more support. They could see the data with different eyes, though. It seems popular and is playable so lets print some support card here and there and let call it a day. Or and this more likely: We had success with dragon. Let repeat this with dinosaurs. But we don't really know if they will repeat tribal again.
More options for Naya would be nice. And even if the theme won't be tribal they could add some dinosaurs cards into the deck. They have done this in the past, too.
@Faruel - I am enjoying brewing with Rienne, Angel of Rebirth and feel like the card is so flavorfully Naya. Creature-centric, regenerative, and aggressive. The spritial qualities and fighting passion of the Naya shard. Why would they print another Commander in this color scheme to establish a new Naya theme when this one was just released? Just owndering your thoughts.
A 5-color Sliver tribal deck would be something I'd definitely buy. Slivers are such a unique, top-down tribe unlike any other, so it almost is already outside of the realm of traditional "tribal" themes. The entire set does not have to be tribal. In fact, the diversity might be awesome. I'd love a diverse set of decks like the list below (not literally - just an example of diversity).

Pretty sure the Commander 2019 decks are going to be on theme with everything released previously this year, like GRN, RNA, WAR. 2019 feels like a very calculated and scripted year for WotC in terms of brand ramp and recognition. 2018 decks were under powered but were at least unique in hindsight.

my man! (or woman) - ditto. The way to go. Sucks to bust a single sleeve in a set of 100 with some unique print on them and be stuck.
