Your Idea is very creative! It is intresting in how it bends the rules (preventing all damage) and how it tries to take advantage of that. The major drawback of the deck is simply the cumulative upkeep cost. The math leaves you three to four turns to live.
The best way to play it is to have glacial chasm and Solemnity on the feild. A close look shows that cumulative upkeep uses counters: no counters, no cumulative upkeep. Then make Solemnity hexproof, maybe splash in an Eidolon of Rhetoric, and there you have an almost unkillable deck. Defeat them however.
