Bloodcast (Whenever this deals damage, the next spell you cast this turn costs less for each point of damage dealt.)
CascadeRecruit [N?] (Whenever this attacks an opponent, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a creature card [that costs less]/[that costs N or less]/[with less power]/[with N or less power]. You may put it onto the battlefield tapped and attacking that opponent. Put the exiled cards on the bottom in a random order.)
RebelRecruit N - (Whenever this attacks an opponent, you may pay . If you do, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a creature card [that costs N or less]/[with N or less power]. You may put it onto the battlefield tapped and attacking that opponent. Put the exiled cards on the bottom in a random order.)
KaaliaRecruit N (Whenever this attacks an opponent, you may put a creature card from your hand with power/CMC N or less onto the battlefield tapped and attacking that opponent.)
Another totally off-the-wall thing, if we want to play up the Valhalla-esque aspects of Nordic flavor and/or make this more a shard of undead (which is feasible if you in turn make Neter more ruled by spiritual undead and make Valheim home to the physical ones):
Battleraise (During combat, you may cast this from your graveyard. [If you do, you may have it enter the battlefield tapped and attacking.] Battleraise only one card per turn.)

@Zylm I like the idea of Relinquish and it should certainly show up on some Valheim cards, but I'm not sure if we'd want an entire shard to be themed around suicide combat. Besides, I'm wary of focusing too many mechanics on death and sacrifice, since we already have so much of that in Essya and Neter. Just me, though.

For Stone of Impatience, I agree with mondu_the_fat, and also I'd like to see this cycled. Maybe the white one makes things into defenders and the blue one makes them self-sacrifice when targeted (like Phantasmal Bear). No idea what drawback the green one would bestow, though.

Sorcery
Destroy all tapped creatures, then tap all creatures.
One possibility is that they create "cloned" bodies for them (obviously altered for Ravnican resources) using Simic and Golgari techniques, then transport their minds to Ravnica using the psychic Selesnyan Song, perhaps mixed with Izzet reality-bending magics as stolen by the Dimir.
If only because the Praetors correspond nicely to the Phyrexian guilds. Rakdos for Rakdos (duh), Sheoldred for Dimir, Elesh Norn for Selesnya, Jin-Gitaxias for the Simic, and Glissa for the Golgari.
@Folza hi there We need to get that other thread back up. T_T
Your point makes sense, though, don't worry. Although I do think Phyrexia should retain one red guild. Even with Urabrask gone, Phyrexia should retain some power over red, if only to make sure that the conflict is spread among all the colors.
If we're keeping the resistance as red-based, here's my suggestion:
Ravnica
Gruul - The Gruul will not be ruled.
Orzhov - Money and religion can't manipulate a plane where all are one. Teysa is prominent.
Dimir - Neither can you spy on a plane where all are one.
Boros - The Boros become the military leaders of the resistance. Urabrask is based here.
Izzet - Phyrexia stifles creativity. No way. Niv-Mizzet, Planeswalker!
Phyrexia
Golgari - Death, rebirth, and recycling are right up Phyrexia's alley. Ruled by Sheoldred.
Simic - Better monsters through experimentation! Ruled by Jin-Gitaxias.
Selesnya - "All will be one" appeals to them. Ruled by Glissa (having an affair with Jarad still).
Azorius - Desperate for control after the end of the Guildpact, the Azorius made a deal with the biomechanical devil. Ruled by Elesh Norn.
Rakdos - Scattered bands of cultists were promised the ultimate killing grounds. Ruled by Geth.
May seem weird to put the Azorius and Rakdos in Phyrexia, but I'm trying to keep the colors relatively balanced between the factions, and this is one of the few ways I can think of to have it make sense.
Also, my suggestion would be to switch some of the guilds around. I think Phyrexia needs at least some red, although which of the guilds they claim is anybody's guess. The Gruul are scattered savages and could be turned by Glissa's predatory philosophy. Similarly, Jin-Gitaxias could turn the Izzet, and Elesh Norn could convert the Boros. The Rakdos, I agree, would definitely stay Ravnica loyalists.
Another option (although this requires a lot of switching) is to make it so that, on Ravnica, it's not red but another color that is the most resistant to Phyrexia's embrace. My vote in this case, ironically enough, would go to black. Ravnica as an urban setting means that the black-based guilds tend to care about things that are relatively alien to Phyrexia as a whole. The Orzhov covet wealth, for example, for which Phyrexia has no use. Same for the Rakdos and their thrill-killing ways. The Dimir could go either way, but I like to think of them as sticking with Ravnica because, if Phyrexia won, it'd be nearly impossible to manipulate everyone, what with their "all will be one" nonsense. The Golgari would of course go Phyrexia all the way.
Hence, my proposed breakdown is as such:
Ravnica
Azorius (WU) - Same description as yours, pretty much. The Azorius resist Phyrexia to preserve the order and stability of Ravnica, and act as the de facto leaders of the resistance.
Orzhov (WB) - Reliant on money and religion to control the masses, the Orzhov realize that a city full of biologically perfected machine-horrors will have little need for either. They support Ravnica to protect their power, and serve as the resistance's financiers.
Dimir (UB) - A guild of spies, assassins, and manipulators has no place in a homogenous biomechanical plane. The Dimir join the resistance to ensure that the city-world of Ravnica remains a hunting ground for urban predators such as themselves.
Rakdos (BR) - The Cult of Rakdos thrives on individualism and sick, twisted fun, neither of which make much sense in Phyrexia. While working with the order-mongerers is a drag, it's a price they pay to preserve their party time.
Gruul (RG) - Same as your description. Urabrask, after he defects, probably lives among the Gruul.
Phyrexia
Golgari (BG) - Same as yours. Sheoldred (or another of the Thanes, having overthrown her as black Praetor?) makes her home here.
Simic (GU) - Same as yours. Jin-Gitaxias rules the Simic now, directing their efforts towards creating ever-more-efficient predators.
Selesnya (GW) - Same as yours. Glissa has assumed leadership of the Chorus, and pursues a twisted relationship with Jarad Vod Savo, the compleated guildmaster of the Golgari.
Boros (RW) - Fanatical about order and reeling from the loss of all but one of its angels, the Boros Legion was easy pickings for Phyrexia's dogma. It threw itself zealously behind the Phyrexian cause, and works to spread Phyrexia's new order on Ravnica. Elesh Norn now leads the Boros Legion.
Izzet (UR) - The Izzet were blinded by the promise of new knowledge and arcane secrets. Tezzeret (or the compleated corpse of Venser?) is based with the Izzet.
This set-up has some thematic perks that I do like. It sets up the main color of the resistance as B, while Phyrexia is based in G. It's a new spin on the conflict, and one that makes sense in a world where Phyrexia is invading a planewide city--black represents individualism and urban values, while green stands for collectivism and a new order/return to nature.
Just my suggestion haha.
Planeswalker - Ruhan
At the beginning of your end step, if none of Ruhan, the Berserk's abilities were activated this turn, put two loyalty counters on him and choose an opponent at random. Ruhan deals 2 damage to that opponent.
-X: Gain control of target creature with converted mana cost X or less. That creature gains haste and "This creature attacks each turn if able."
