1. Primeval Titan is legal in multiplayer, but can only get basics
2. Old "split" cards that predate Fuse have the Fuse mechanic
3. Felidar Sovereign requires 60 life to win
4. If you are missing land drops early and have to discard down, say like on each of your turns 3-6, we allow an opponent to look at the top of your deck card-by-card (not revealing it to anyone else, including the controller), tell you how far many cards down your next land is, then the player that owns the deck can decide if he wants to shuffle his deck or not. We do this just so someone isn't stuck on like 2-3 lands by turn 6 or 7. Sometimes bad shuffles DO happen, even when you've got 37, 38 lands in the deck.
5. Whenever someone plays Chromatic Lantern, everyone at the table has to do "jazz hands".
Our group has also decided to stay with Partial Paris. Also, none of us care about using proxies or gold-bordered cards. We're just playing for fun, and there are some dramatic differences in income among the members of our group.
