He's a terrible mafia player (this isn't ad-hom, he agrees with me when i tell him this in #mafia and AIM), who lurks as both town and scum, jokes around a ton, and rarely gives opinions. Sometimes though, he does give opinions....though this is rare.
In other words....i have no idea what's a scum tell for him. His being this opinionated is unusual. I don't think it's necessarily scummy though, for the same reason my behavior isn't scummy.

I play a Hundred bajillion games with the dude. I'd AzWOLG him if i could. He's just that bad. But this is a talk for mafia theory about players who just sit around in games and dont try to analyze or be helpful and whether such a playstyle should be welcome in mafia games. (My answer is No, if you couldn't tell)

Loran16 -----Clearly Sane as hell.
Sandsoft blue-----Can the elderly be sane? Hard to tell. Don't really think i have a shot at figuring him out unless he posts more than he is with some more coherence. Meh, this is why we should euthanize all over 65.
spotofprey- Curiously playing different than in the other games ive seen him. Definitely worthy of further attention and he clearly NEEDS TO POST MORE.
Armlx-- Town armlx. Thinks he knows someone is scum and thinks he cannot possibly be wrong, so is going off in the wrong direction. (Obviously he's not always wrong, but he's the same either way) Which unfortunately makes him useless until something makes him realize he's stupidly wrong (probably my death, but other things could do it) In other words, he's clearly sane.....just stupid.
Jobie- Lurking. Bandwagoning. Jobie's usual strategy as town: Lurking. Bandwagoning. Believe it or not, Jobie's actually more outspoken as scum. Still needs to post more though.
CPE-- I've given up at reading cpe a long time ago. I generally hope scum cpe makes a really really bad post. Still, his post calling Jobie town was a bit brash and stancy for him. Something's not right here imo. Leaning Sane, but could be a little CCCCCCCCCCCCRazy
Kraj--I see nothing wrong in his actions normally, but he's voting armlx for bad reasons atm. Still, he's doing it not for bad logic reasonssssssssssssssssssssssss but for misreppppppppping. Which strikes me as an honest mistake. Not sure though. Leaning Sane.
Andelijah---- Rather weird here clearly. Ande usually is good at analyzing. I likeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees him. He's rather smart and takes the lead....but he's been fence sitting here. "not sure who of Jobie or Kraj I want to vote" "Dont think lorans being rather scummy here, but wonder why others think he's being rational with his attack" (Obviously these two aren't quotes, but paraphrases, but you ge thte picture.) Leaning a little crazy.
ced395---Strikes me as a bit eager to analzye things, but nothing is totally crazy here. Learning Sane.
Stormblind----Hasn't said anything. Normally says nothing of substance on day 1. Which is a terrible way to play. Course, he sucks at mafia. Sooo, nothing out of character yet. Leaning Sane.
iLord Roja----Very little substance, but none of it makes me happy. iLord said nothing, Roja fished the two guys with possible PRs and hasn't done anything else. Also don't like him asking for confirmation of what's happening when he came in...suggests he was not interested in using the posts previously made in the game to find scum and more interested in who's currently a suspect of the town. Leaning CCCCCCCCRazy
Netfinity-----Sanest player besides me. Clearly a man you can trust. Well not really, but so far so good.

@ Roja, storm, ced, ande and sandsoft. Who do you think is scum and why? I am asking these players because I have played with them before and find them all to be pretty good players.
My opponent is at twelve and has one untapped creature and Ensnaring Bridge. I have a Tradewind Rider and a Wake Thrasher. On my turn I untap 5 permanents, Treachery his blocker, cast Time Spiral, cast a creature, bounce the Ensnaring Bridge with the Rider, then equip a Sword of Fire and Ice to my Thrasher and swing with a 19/19 merfolk.
Countersquall is a horrible card for the cube, in standard it won't be bad. But I won't run it in my cube.
I echo Apex's comments on Fallout.
What about the Goblin Razerunners though? I know I keep glancing and rereading this card. He seems really good for late game and I must confess he gives red another finisher that it sorely needs in my opinion.
I also like Coup.

I think five color would like this card and it seems versatile enough even in 3 or two color decks.

To be honest it isn't that hard to manage three pods, its waiting for the picks and then sending them out since this site has a 1 minute before you can send another one, which isn't bad until it is 24 people...
Malfegor isn't bad, he isn't amazing. But he could be abused some how, and that is why I will take out Void which never saw much play and put him in, in hopes to give B/R a better curve + he gives my Black and Red players something that they have needed badly a finisher that has a reasonable casting cost for the dual players. Since most of the red finishers in my cube are RRR and the Black ones BB or BBB.
