I occupy a strange area between cEDH and super casual. At any given time I have at least one deck that is dedicated to crushing a table, and at least one deck dedicated to making me feel like a kid again playing janky 5 card combos or beating face with Wurms. I also usually have a deck that I guess would be a "75%" style.
I've been playing commander since Conflux. I played off and on from Ice Age to Odyssey and have been pretty active with magic since then. Commander is the only constructed format I play now.
Brawl seems like it might be fun. I think the standard only card pool and the fact that it rotates will be the most annoying part for many people. I may end up building a budget deck for it to try out if it gets fnm support at the store I go to.
I tempted myself when I saw that... I did literally just buy an Imperial Recruiter last week so I can't talk the wife into a judge foil crucible for a while.
Boros has pretty poor options in regards to tutors and draw. So your best option is going to be Enlightened Tutor, followed by Gamble. Hoarding Dragon is another potential option, but I'm not too keen on it. Steelshaper's Gift can fetch that Sunforger. Without knowing budget I would also recommend Land Tax and Scroll Rack to keep cards in hand. Memory Jar can help provide some much needed gas for a burn deck. As a Boros player I would also recommend Sensei's Divining Top to go with that previously mentioned Sunforger, I also really liked having Crystal Ball in my Sunforger deck for added card selection.
I have been playing for a long, long time. My collection is large and valuable. I would lose a lot of that value if they killed the reserve list, and I would be ecstatic about it. WotC killing the reserve list would be so great. I would love to play the Eternal formats but they are just so cost prohibitive that virtually nobody can get into it.
This is what I try my best to do. I have a Boros deck that relies heavily on tokens and having at least 2 of each token type is super helpful. There is rarely a question as to what is tapped and it helps to prevent cluttered boards.
Feldon does not have to be an artifact deck. In fact I would argue that it is probably a better deck without being an "artifact deck". That being said, you are Mono Red so you will be using a fairly large amount of artifacts to do things outside of Red's slice of the pie. I think Feldon is best at a deck that dumps cards into the graveyard with wheels and rummaging, then finding ways to use Feldon one or more extra times. Use a combination of big fatties for beats and some smaller utility creatures to pick off targets. Throw in a few other ways to cheat in creatures like Sneak Attack or Quicksilver Amulet and I think you get the point.
I've been thinking about changing my Bladewing the Risen deck to something different, since I apparently have a Badlands now. This God seems pretty fun to me. Turn Black Sun's Zenith into a powerful draw card that comes back. I might pick this guy up before brawl drives the price up further.
I was hoping for a janky build around me U/R artificer commander. I find her a little boring for the same reasons as many others (could have been just Blue) but I am going to build it anyways. I'm not going to play some cheerios storm deck or any thing like that. Oh no, I'm going to use her to keep my hand full of cards while I build an engine of inevitable victory out of artifacts that will replace themselves when I cast them. I've been wanting to build this deck for a long, long time and Jhoira v2 is just the gal to take command.
I'll advocate for Maelstrom Wanderer. He's a 3-turn clock, so he's a decent wincon on his own, he gives your entire board haste which makes any creature more threatening, he lets you vomit your deck onto the table, and people are afraid to kill him, because that just means you'll cast him again for more cascades.
I second this. Wanderer sounds like it might be right up OP's alley.
I've never been too impressed with Godsire on the handful of occasions I've seen it. Sure, you can cheat it in about a dozen ways but there are targets to cheat in that are higher impact. The cost is just too much for just slightly too little.
I dropped Pestilence into my mono black big mana deck with Cemetery Gates just because I had them. Pestilence out performed my expectations by lightyears, Cemetery Gates not so much so it came out. Pestilence was in it until I stripped the deck for parts.
I used to play with a guy that ran a list that had the same sort of theme. I had the dubious honor to be the only person to lose to commander damage from his deck. Due to severe shenanigans he ended up with a Rafiq of the Many to give his Progenitus double strike... anyways, I hope you enjoy the deck it is a fun concept to play against. I enjoy watching the janky pieces come together to Rube Goldberg out a win.

Hope that helps

Tl;Dr: I like her.
