Ravenous Piranhas - GU Creature - Fish
Multikicker GU
When Ravenous Piranhas enters the battlefield, create a token that's a copy of Ravenous Piranhas for each time it was kicked.
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under an opponent's control, Ravenous Piranhas fights that creature. 2/1
A can of piranhas that will automatically swarm the next target to enter the water.
I think the cost and P/T should be fair, right? Since the fight isn't optional, a single piranha will probably at best take a weenie or token down with it.
Perhaps it could have a Pack Rat-esque activated ability to make copies of itself instead of the multikicker?

Commandment of Sorrow - 1WBB Sorcery
Commandment WB(You may pay an additional WB as you cast your commander. If you do, cast this spell from your hand, library, or graveyard. If cast from your library, shuffle it afterward.)
Destroy target creature. That creature's controller loses life equal to its power and you gain life equal to its toughness.
I meant more the general idea of a planeswalker that can copy other planeswalkers.
I named Sakashima specifically because it was the first creature to be able to properly copy legendary creatures (from before the legend rule got changed).
That said, it might be simpler to just have a planeswalker that can copy any activated or loyalty ability with one of their own loyalty abilities.
Sakashima Ignited - 4UU Legendary Planeswalker - Sakashima
You may have Sakashima Ignited enter the battlefield as a copy of any planeswalker on the battlefield, except his name is Sakashima Ignited and his planeswalker type is Sakashima.
+2: Create a 1/1 colorless Spirit creature token, then up to one target creature you control becomes a copy of another target creature until end of turn, except the copy isn't legendary.
0: Exile up to two target permanents you control, then return those cards to the battlefield under your control. If a planeswalker enters the battlefield this way, its loyalty abilities can't be activated this turn. Sakashima Ignited retains this ability even if he entered the battlefield as a copy of another planeswalker.
-8: You get an emblem with "Whenever a nontoken permanent enters the battlefield, create a token that's a copy of that permanent, except the token isn't legendary if that permanent is legendary." [4]
Figured I'd just use Sakashima himself (Sakashima is a guy, right? I don't know my Kamigawa lore.) for the example.
Dragonfire Chalice - 5 Artifact
Whenever one or more Dragons you control attack, add three mana in any combination of colors. Spend this mana only to cast Dragon spells, or activate or pay costs for abilities of Dragons. Until end of turn, you don't lose this mana as steps and phases end.
Sacrifice Dragonfire Chalice: Add three mana in any combination of colors. Spend this mana only to cast Dragon spells or activate or pay costs for abilities of Dragons. Until end of turn, you don't lose this mana as steps and phases end. Activate this ability only if you attacked with a Dragon this turn.
I'm not sure if just saying "activate abilities of Dragons" covers Numot's effect. Is it considered an activated ability? Otherwise how would I word this card to let the mana be used for that?
Tacking 2UU onto a search effect to draw two cards seems potentially strong to me, especially if you have ways to put it back into your library. Maybe either bump up the cost by 1 or make the card exile itself on resolution?
I'm not sure, there's not much precedent for this effect. I don't think Panglacial Wurm was ever used anywhere.
Think Ahead - 2UU Sorcery
While you're searching your library, you may cast Think Ahead from your library.
Draw two cards.
Panglacial Wurm has an interesting effect, and I'm surprised it hasn't appeared on any other cards since. Especially something this simple where the card's name writes itself.
Urza, Artificer Savant - 1URW Legendary Creature - Human Artificer
At the beginning of your upkeep, scry X, where X is the number of artifacts you control.
Whenever you cast an artifact spell, reveal the top Y cards of your library, where Y is that spell's converted mana cost. You may put an artifact card from among them with converted mana cost Y or less onto the battlefield. Then put the rest on the bottom of your library in any order. 4/4
Covetous Orc - R
Creature - Orc
Covetous Orc can't attack or block unless you control a permanent you don't own.
